1. Introduction

The AGM M11 is a rugged feature phone designed for durability and essential communication. It supports 4G LTE connectivity, offers mobile hotspot capabilities, and provides access to cloud-based applications. This manual provides instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your device.

2. Setup

2.1. SIM Card and Battery Installation

The AGM M11 features three card slots: two for SIM cards and one for a TF (microSD) card up to 128GB. It uses a removable 4000mAh battery.

Gently remove the back cover of the phone.
Insert your SIM cards into the designated slots. Ensure the SIM card is activated in another device before inserting it into the M11 to prevent setup issues.
Insert the TF card (if applicable) into its slot.
Place the 4000mAh removable battery into its compartment.
Securely reattach the back cover.

2.2. Initial Power On

Press and hold the Power/End Call button until the screen illuminates and the device vibrates.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1. Basic Navigation and Keypad

The AGM M11 features a 2.8-inch display and large, tactile buttons for easy navigation. Use the directional keys to move through menus and the central 'OK' button to select options. The green call button initiates calls, and the red button ends calls or powers off the device.

3.2. Mobile Hotspot

The M11 can function as a mobile hotspot, sharing its 4G LTE network connection with up to 8 other devices. This feature provides internet access when Wi-Fi is unavailable, with speeds up to 64 Mbps depending on network conditions.

3.3. Cloud-Based App Access

The M11 supports cloud-based access to popular online services like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok through a web-based interface. This allows for online browsing and content consumption without local app installations, preserving device memory.

3.4. Wired Reverse Charging

The M11 features a USB-C lanyard that doubles as a charging cable. This allows the phone to charge other devices, such as earbuds or other phones, in urgent situations.

3.5. Built-in Flashlight

To activate the high-intensity flashlight, press and hold the '0' key on the keypad. Release the key to turn it off. This provides convenient illumination in low-light conditions.

3.6. Other Features

FM Radio: Listen to your favorite radio stations.
Bluetooth 5.0: Connect to wireless headphones or other Bluetooth-enabled devices.
3.5mm Audio Jack: Use wired headphones for private listening.

4. Maintenance

4.1. Water and Dust Protection

The AGM M11 is rated IP68 and IP69K for water and dust resistance, and is MIL-STD-810H certified for drop-proof durability. This means it is protected against water immersion, high-pressure water exposure, dust, and drops.

After exposure to water, ensure the USB port is completely dry for 48 hours before attempting to charge or use reverse charging.
Ensure all port covers are securely closed to maintain water and dust resistance.

4.2. Battery Care

The 4000mAh removable battery provides extended usage. To maximize battery life:

Avoid extreme temperatures.
Charge the battery regularly, but avoid overcharging.
If storing the device for an extended period, charge the battery to about 50% before storage.

5. Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Solution
Device does not power on.	Ensure the battery is correctly installed and charged. Connect to the charger for at least 15 minutes.
No network signal.	Check SIM card installation. Ensure the SIM card is activated. Verify you are within T-Mobile's network coverage.
Cannot connect to mobile hotspot.	Ensure mobile data is active. Check hotspot settings and password on the M11.
Device is unresponsive.	Remove and reinsert the battery to perform a hard reset.
