Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge both mills using the provided USB Type-C cable. Connect the cable to the charging port on the top of each mill and to a suitable USB power source. The front indicator light will glow red during charging and turn white when fully charged.
- Fill with Spices:
- Twist the top section of the mill counter-clockwise to open the spice chamber.
- Fill the chamber with your desired whole peppercorns or coarse salt. Do not overfill.
- Twist the top section clockwise to securely close the chamber.

Operating Instructions
- One-Touch Operation: To begin grinding, simply press and hold the round button located on the side of the mill. The mill will start grinding automatically.
- Stop Grinding: Release the button to stop the grinding process.
- LED Light: A built-in white LED light will automatically illuminate the area below the mill during operation, providing visibility for precise seasoning.

Adjusting Coarseness
The mill features an adjustable ceramic grinding core, allowing you to select your preferred coarseness from fine powder to coarse cracks.
- Locate the adjustment knob at the bottom of the mill.
- Turn the knob clockwise for a finer grind.
- Turn the knob counter-clockwise for a coarser grind.
- Test the grind size and adjust as needed for your culinary requirements.

Charging the Mills
Each mill is powered by a built-in lithium battery and is rechargeable via a USB Type-C port.
- Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the top of the mill.
- Plug the other end of the cable into a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
- The indicator light on the front of the mill will glow red during charging.
- Once fully charged, the indicator light will turn white.
- A full charge typically takes approximately 2-3 hours.
Maintenance and Cleaning
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the mills with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the mills in water or wash them under running water.
- Grinding Mechanism: To clean the grinding mechanism, grind a small amount of coarse salt to clear any residue. For deeper cleaning, use a small brush to remove spice particles.
- Storage: Store the mills in their provided base in a dry place when not in use.
- Do Not Use: Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish and internal components.
