5. Troubleshooting
5.1. Performance Issues
If you experience slower performance, ensure the mini PC is set to Performance Mode in the BIOS settings. Check for background applications consuming resources and ensure all drivers are up to date.
5.2. Sleep Mode Behavior
Some users may experience issues with the PC entering sleep mode unexpectedly or not adhering to Windows power settings. If this occurs, access the BIOS settings and adjust power management options. Disabling certain sleep functionalities in the BIOS may resolve this for specific use cases, such as server operation.
5.3. Display Issues
If a monitor is not detected, ensure all display cables (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C) are securely connected. Try connecting one monitor at a time to isolate the issue. Verify that the monitor is set to the correct input source.
5.4. Network Connectivity Problems
For Wi-Fi issues, try restarting your router and the mini PC. Ensure the Wi-Fi 6E drivers are installed correctly. For Ethernet, check cable connections and verify router settings. The dual 2.5GbE ports provide redundancy and high-speed options.
