3. Setup Instructions

- Outdoor Sensor: Install 3 AA batteries (not included) into the outdoor sensor. Ensure correct polarity. Rechargeable batteries are recommended for convenience.

3.3. Connecting to the Weatherseed App (2.4GHz WiFi Only)
The weather station connects to the Weatherseed APP via 2.4GHz WiFi. It does not support 5GHz networks.
- Plug in the weather station display console. Ensure it is powered via the adapter, as WiFi connectivity is only available when plugged in.
- Download and open the Weatherseed APP on your smartphone.
- Tap "Add Device" and select the model "SA68 Plus".
- Press the "Wind" button on the display console for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode and scan the QR code displayed on the console with the app.
- Select your 2.4GHz WiFi network and enter the password to connect.

- Sensor Cleaning: Periodically inspect the outdoor sensor, especially the rain gauge and wind cups, for debris such as leaves, dirt, or insects. Clean gently with a soft cloth and water if necessary to ensure accurate readings. The rain sensor includes a wire mesh to help block leaves.
- Battery Replacement: Replace the 3 AA batteries in the outdoor sensor as needed. Consider using rechargeable batteries for environmental and cost efficiency.
