Setup

1. Unboxing and Placement

  • Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  • Place the photo frame on a stable, flat surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the device.
  • The frame can be positioned horizontally or vertically. The auto-rotate function will adjust the display orientation automatically.

2. Power Connection

  • Connect the power adapter to the DC IN port on the back of the frame.
  • Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
  • The frame will power on automatically or can be turned on using the power button.

3. Initial Configuration

  • Upon first power-on, follow the on-screen prompts to select your preferred language, time zone, and Wi-Fi network.
  • Enter your Wi-Fi password to connect the frame to your home network. A stable Wi-Fi connection is essential for cloud features and updates.

4. Inserting Storage Devices

The frame supports SD cards up to 64GB and USB drives for local media playback.

  • SD Card: Insert an SD card into the SD/MMC card slot on the side of the frame with the metal contacts facing down.

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Navigation

  • The frame features a touch screen interface for direct interaction.
  • Alternatively, use the included remote control to navigate menus and adjust settings.

2. Uploading Photos and Videos

You can transfer media to your frame using several methods:

  • Wi-Fi (Cloud App): Download the dedicated cloud app (details usually provided in a separate quick start guide or on-screen) to your smartphone. Connect the app to your frame via Wi-Fi to upload photos and videos directly from your phone.
  • USB Drive: Copy your photos (JPEG) and videos (MP4, AVI) to a USB flash drive. Insert the USB drive into the frame's USB port. Navigate to the 'Files' or 'Gallery' section on the frame to access and transfer media.
  • SD Card: Copy your photos and videos to an SD card. Insert the SD card into the frame's slot. The frame will automatically detect the card, and you can then browse or import media.

4. Adjusting Settings

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Screen

  • Turn off the device and unplug it before cleaning.
  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth, preferably microfiber, to gently wipe the screen.
  • For stubborn smudges, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-safe cleaning solution. Do not spray liquid directly onto the screen.

Troubleshooting

Frame Not Turning On

Cannot Connect to Wi-Fi

  • Verify that your Wi-Fi network is active and other devices can connect.
