Setup Instructions
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging, including the solar string lights, solar panel, remote control, ground stake, mounting clip, cable ties, and screws.
- Solar Panel Placement: Choose a location for the solar panel that receives direct sunlight for at least 8 hours daily. The panel can be installed using the:
- Ground Stake: Attach the stake to the solar panel bracket and insert it firmly into the ground.
- Mounting Clip: Attach the clip to the solar panel bracket and secure it to a fence, railing, or other suitable surface.
- Screws: Use the provided screws and plastic inserts to mount the solar panel to a wall or wooden surface.
Ensure the solar panel is angled to maximize sun exposure.

- String Light Installation: Carefully uncoil the string lights. Use the included cable ties to secure the lights along your desired path, such as fences, pergolas, or trees. The bulbs are shatterproof, allowing for flexible installation.
- Connect Solar Panel: Connect the string lights to the solar panel. Ensure the connection is secure.
- Initial Charge: For optimal performance, allow the solar panel to charge in direct sunlight for a full day (8 hours) before first use. Alternatively, the solar panel can be charged via a Type-C cable (not included) for approximately 4 hours for quicker readiness, especially on cloudy days.

Operating Instructions
The Minetom Solar String Lights are controlled using the included remote. Ensure the remote has 2 AAA batteries (not included) and has a clear line of sight to the solar panel for effective operation.

Remote Control Functions:
- ON/OFF: Press to turn the lights on or off.
- Brightness Adjustment: Use the 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% buttons to set the desired light intensity.
- Lighting Modes: Select from three modes:
- Steady On: Lights remain continuously lit.
- Fade: Lights slowly dim and brighten.
- Flash: Lights blink on and off.
- Speed Control: Use the "Speed+" and "Speed-" buttons to adjust the speed of the Fade or Flash modes.
- Timer Settings: Set the lights to automatically turn off after a specific duration:
- 6H: Lights stay on for 6 hours.
- 8H: Lights stay on for 8 hours.
The default timing is 10 hours if no specific timer is set.
Automatic Operation:
Once charged and turned on, the lights will automatically illuminate at dusk and turn off at dawn, provided the solar panel receives sufficient sunlight during the day.

Maintenance
- Cleaning the Solar Panel: Periodically wipe the solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, or debris. A clean panel ensures maximum charging efficiency.
- Bulb Replacement: The S14 bulbs are shatterproof PET material and designed for longevity. In the event a bulb needs replacement, the LED filaments are removable. Use the provided spare filaments if necessary.
- Weather Resistance: The lights are IP65 rated, meaning they are protected against dust and low-pressure water jets. They are designed to withstand rain, snow, wind, and temperatures from -10°C to 45°C. No special winterization is typically required, but ensure the solar panel remains clear of heavy snow for charging.

Troubleshooting
- Lights Not Turning On at Night:
- Ensure the solar panel is placed in an area receiving ample direct sunlight.
- Verify the ON/OFF switch on the solar panel is in the "ON" position.
- Allow the solar panel to charge for a full day. If consistently cloudy, use the Type-C charging option.
- Remote Control Not Responding:
- Check if the remote control batteries (2 AAA) are correctly installed and have sufficient power. Replace if necessary.
- Ensure there is a clear line of sight between the remote and the solar panel.
- Lights Appear Dim:
- The solar panel may not be receiving enough sunlight to fully charge the battery. Relocate the panel or use Type-C charging.
- Ensure the brightness setting on the remote is at the desired level (e.g., 100%).
- Individual Bulbs Not Lighting Up:
- Check the connection of the bulb to its socket.
- Replace the non-functioning bulb's filament with a spare provided.
