Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No power | Power adapter not connected; unit not turned on. | Ensure power adapter is securely connected and plugged into a working outlet. Turn the Power/Volume knob clockwise. |
| No sound from speakers | Volume too low; wrong input mode selected; external speakers not connected/powered. | Increase volume. Press Function button to select correct mode (Phono, AUX, Bluetooth, USB). If using external speakers, check their power and connections. |
| Record wobbles during playback | Record surface is not perfectly flat. | This is normal for vinyl records. The turntable is designed with silicone pads to absorb vibrations and reduce stylus wear. Do not press down on the platter. |
| Bluetooth connection unstable | Device too far; interference. | Move devices closer. Ensure no obstructions. Re-pair devices. |
| Auto-stop activates too early for small records | Record size is outside the auto-stop sensor range. | Set the auto-stop switch to the OFF position for smaller records. |
| USB recorded files not playing on other devices | USB format or file structure incompatibility. | Ensure USB is FAT32 formatted. Some devices may require specific MP3 encoding. Consider using audio editing software to split tracks if recorded as a single file. |
