VeloNix assembly requires at least two people. If you encounter difficulties, please contact customer service for assistance. The following steps outline the assembly process:

  1. Unboxing and Accessory Removal: Open the box and carefully remove all accessories and packaging materials.
  2. Main Assembly (Bases): Take the front base from Box 2. Align the ventilation holes and insert them into the frame holes, ensuring proper alignment with the fan. Use an 8mm hex wrench from Box 6 to alternately tighten the A screws. Repeat for the rear base.
  3. Handlebar Assembly: Be cautious when taking out the handlebar parts from the packaging. Connect the internal handlebar connector with the neck tube connector, securing it to prevent cable damage. Insert the handlebar into the neck tube. Take the B screw pack from Box 6. Using a 4mm hex wrench, alternately tighten the screws on both sides. First, insert all screws loosely before fully tightening. If the holes are misaligned, gently lift the handlebars to align the holes and pre-lock the screws.
  4. Display Assembly: Gently take the display from Box 3 and place it on the foam surface. Take the C screw pack from Box 6. Install the display pivot, then use a 6mm hex wrench to tighten the C screws. Secure the pivot to the back mounting hole of the screen. Attach the display to the end of the screen arm, and use a 6mm hex wrench to tighten the top cap. Rotate the display upwards at a certain angle and then connect the round aviation plug at the end of the display arm to the back hole of the display, ensuring the internal latch is aligned. Tighten the nut to secure it.
  5. Pedal Assembly: Take the right pedal from Box 2 (check the L/R marking). First, rotate the silver part clockwise into the right crank hole and tighten with a 6mm hex wrench. Take the left pedal from Box 2 (check the L/R marking). First, rotate the silver part counterclockwise into the left crank hole and tighten with a 6mm hex wrench.
  6. Seat Installation: Take the seat from Box 4. Slide the seat into the seat tube rail. Secure it using the locking mechanism (ensure the square nut is placed in the slot and the T-shaped screw is fully tightened).
  7. Level the Base: If the bike wobbles, use a 4mm hex wrench to adjust the leveling mechanism on the rear base.
  8. Adjust Head and Seat Tube: Rotate the head locking knob to adjust the head height (Note: Do not exceed the warning line). Rotate the seat tube locking knob to adjust the seat height (Note: Do not exceed the warning line).
  9. Power On Activation: Take the power adapter from Box 5. Connect the power cable to the adapter, then connect the adapter to the DC power connector at either the front or rear of the frame. Wait for the screen to power on.
