These wireless earbuds are designed to provide a superior audio experience with advanced features such as Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC). This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new earbuds.

3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated in their respective slots.
2. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
3. The digital display on the charging case will indicate the charging status and battery levels. Allow the case and earbuds to fully charge before first use.

3.2 Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged and inside the charging case.
2. Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing light on the earbuds (refer to specific LED indicators in a separate diagram if available).
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "Qubo TWS-400BK" from the list of found devices.
5. Once connected, the earbuds will indicate successful pairing (e.g., a voice prompt or solid LED light).

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case lid, or remove the earbuds from the case. They will power on automatically.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will power off automatically.

4.2 Touch Controls

The Qubo TWS-400BK earbuds feature touch-sensitive controls on each earbud. Specific functions may vary slightly; refer to the quick start guide for detailed gestures.

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple tap on the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple tap on the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold either earbud for 3 seconds (when not on a call).
• ANC/Transparency Mode Toggle: Press and hold the left earbud for 2 seconds (cycles through ANC On, Transparency Mode, ANC Off).

4.3 Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC)

• ANC: Reduces external ambient noise, allowing for a more immersive listening experience. Activate/deactivate using the touch controls.
• ENC: Enhances call clarity by reducing background noise during phone conversations. This feature is automatically active during calls.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

• Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents.
• Ensure charging contacts on both earbuds and case are clean and free of debris to maintain proper charging.

5.2 Storage

• When not in use, always store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
• Store in a cool, dry place, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

6. Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Turn off Bluetooth on your device and turn it back on.
  • Forget/delete "Qubo TWS-400BK" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  • Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait 10 seconds, then open to re-enter pairing mode.
• Only one earbud working:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again to reset the connection.
• Earbuds not charging:
  • Check that the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
  • Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of obstructions.
  • Try a different charging cable or power adapter.
• Poor sound quality:
  • Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears for a good seal.
  • Clean any earwax or debris from the earbud nozzles.
  • Move closer to your paired device to avoid interference.

8. Warranty and Support

8.1 Warranty Information

The Qubo TWS-400BK Bluetooth Earbuds come with a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
