3. Setup and Installation

3.1 Installing Back Paddles

The GuliKit TT MAX controller comes with 4 removable metal back paddles. Follow these steps to install or remove them:

1. Place the paddles into their corresponding slots on the back of the controller.
2. Press down and to the left simultaneously to secure them.
3. To remove, apply force from the side upwards to the left.

3.2 Installing Joysticks

The joysticks are swappable. To install new joysticks:

1. Remove the original joystick by pulling it upwards.
2. Find the slot position for the new joystick.
3. Place the new joystick according to the slot position.
4. Press down the joystick vertically with both hands until it clicks into place.

3.3 Installing D-Pad

The D-Pad is interchangeable. To install a new D-Pad:

1. Remove the current D-pad by lifting it from the inside edge.
2. Locate the D-PAD slot on the controller.
3. Check the slot position for the new D-PAD.
4. Install it vertically along the slot until it is secure.

3.4 Swapping ABXY Keycaps for PC Layout

To switch to PC layout, replace the Switch-layout keycaps with the included PC-layout keycap set:

1. Use tweezers (or a similar tool) to gently remove the Switch layout keycaps from the ABXY buttons.
2. Place the new PC layout keycaps into their respective positions and press them down gently until they are secure.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

• To power on, press the GuliKit logo button.
• To power off, press and hold the GuliKit logo button for 3 seconds.

4.2 Mode Switching

The controller supports multiple modes for different platforms. Double-click the mode button (usually located near the USB-C port) to cycle through available modes (e.g., Switch, PC, Android, iOS).

4.3 Pairing with Devices

Ensure both your Switch system and TT controller firmware are updated to the latest version before pairing.

1. Turn on the controller.
2. Double-click the mode button to select Switch mode.
3. Press and hold the pairing button (located on the top edge of the controller) until the four indicator lights flash in sequence.
4. On your Switch console, go to 'Controllers' -> 'Change Grip/Order' to enter the pairing interface. The controller should automatically pair.

4.4 Switch Wake-Up Function

The controller supports waking up your Nintendo Switch console. After successful pairing:
