4. Setup
4.1 Unfolding the Scooter
- Place the scooter on a flat surface.
- Locate the folding mechanism near the base of the handlebar stem.
- Release the latch and carefully lift the handlebar stem until it locks into the upright position. Ensure it clicks securely.

4.2 Initial Charging
Before your first ride, fully charge the scooter's battery.
- Locate the charging port on the scooter's frame, usually protected by a rubber cover.
- Open the rubber cover and firmly insert the charger cable into the port.
- Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
- The indicator light on the charger will turn red during charging and green when fully charged.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charger and securely close the rubber cover to protect the port from dust and moisture.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the power button on the handlebar display for a few seconds until the display illuminates.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the power button again until the display turns off.
5.2 Riding Modes
The NAVEE GT3 offers three riding modes to suit different conditions:
- Walking Mode (W): Low speed for pedestrian areas (approx. 3-4 MPH).
- Drive Mode (D): Standard speed for daily commutes (approx. 14 MPH).
- Sport Mode (S): High speed for maximum performance and hill climbs (up to 19 MPH).
To Change Modes: Double-press the power button quickly to cycle through the modes. The active mode will be indicated on the display.

5.3 Starting the Scooter
To activate the motor, you must initiate a kick-start:
- Place one foot firmly on the scooter's deck.
- Use your other foot to push off the ground, gaining a speed of approximately 3 MPH.
- Once moving, press the accelerator lever on the handlebar to engage the motor.
5.4 Lights and Turn Signals
- Headlight: The scooter features a 2W automatic headlight. It can also be manually turned on/off via the NAVEE APP or a quick press of the power button.
- Tail Light & Turn Signals: Integrated tail light and front/rear turn indicators enhance visibility. Activate turn signals using the dedicated buttons on the handlebars. An audible beep accompanies the turn signal, which can be adjusted via the app.
5.5 Braking
To slow down or stop, gently squeeze the brake lever on the handlebar. The triple braking system (front drum, rear disc, EBAS) will engage simultaneously for effective stopping.
5.6 App Usage
Pair your scooter with the NAVEE APP for enhanced control and monitoring:
- Electronic Lock: Secure your scooter by activating the electronic lock via the app, preventing unauthorized use.
- Custom Settings: Adjust various parameters such as light behavior, cruise control, and traction control settings.
- Riding Records: Track your speed, distance, and battery consumption.
- Apple Find My: Utilize Apple's Find My network to locate your scooter if misplaced.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Regularly clean your scooter with a damp cloth. Avoid using high-pressure water jets or harsh chemicals, as this can damage electronic components.
6.2 Tire Care
While the 10-inch tubeless tires are designed for durability, periodically inspect them for wear and tear. Ensure proper tire pressure for optimal performance and safety.
6.3 Battery Care
To prolong battery life:
- Avoid completely draining the battery before recharging.
- Charge the battery regularly, even if the scooter is not in frequent use.
- Store the scooter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
6.4 Storage
When storing the scooter for extended periods, ensure it is clean and the battery is charged to approximately 50-70%. Store it in a dry, temperature-controlled environment. The foldable design allows for compact storage.
7. Troubleshooting

- Scooter not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Press and hold the power button firmly.
- Motor not engaging: Remember to kick-start the scooter to at least 3 MPH before pressing the accelerator. Check if the electronic lock is active via the NAVEE APP.
- Reduced range/speed: This can be affected by rider weight, terrain, riding mode, and temperature. Ensure tires are properly inflated.
