Setup and Assembly
Assembly typically takes approximately 15-25 minutes. Follow these steps:
- Attach Wheels to Star Base: Insert each of the five casters into the openings at the end of the star base until they click securely into place.
- Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled star base.
- Attach Mounting Plate to Seat: Align the mounting plate with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Secure it using the provided bolts and wrench. Ensure the "FRONT" indicator on the plate faces the front of the seat.
- Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is centered and stable.

Operating Instructions
Adjusting Seat Height:
To raise the seat, lift the lever located under the right side of the seat while taking your weight off the chair. To lower the seat, lift the lever while seated.
Adjusting Armrests:
The armrests feature a 5-position adjustment mechanism. To adjust, gently pull the armrest upwards until it clicks into the desired position. To lower it completely, pull it up to its highest point and then push it down past the initial click.

Tilting/Rocking Function:
The chair supports a rocking function. Use the lever under the seat to lock or unlock the tilt. A resistance knob allows you to adjust the tension of the recline to your preference.

Maintenance
Cleaning:
The high-grade PU leather is designed for easy cleaning. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the material.
General Care:
- Regularly check all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent material degradation and fading.
- For pet owners, while the scratch-resistant PU leather helps maintain appearance, regular inspection for damage is recommended.

Troubleshooting
Chair not adjusting height:
Ensure the gas lift lever is fully engaged. If the issue persists, check for obstructions or contact support.
Armrests not locking in position:
Ensure the armrest is pulled up firmly until it clicks into place. If it slides down, try adjusting it to the highest point and then gently lowering it to reset the mechanism.
Unstable or wobbly chair:
Verify all assembly bolts are tightened. Ensure the chair is on a flat, even surface.
