2. Product Overview

The UGREEN EchoBuds Plus feature an ergonomic design for comfortable wear and intuitive touch controls for easy operation.

Earbud Components

• Touch Control Area: For playback, call management, and mode switching.
• Microphones: Multiple microphones for Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) during calls.
• Ear Tip: Replaceable silicone tips for a secure and comfortable fit.

3. Setup

3.1 Charging Your Earbuds and Case

1. Charge the Case: Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a USB power adapter (not included). The LED indicator will show the charging status.
2. Charge the Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging. The LED indicators on the earbuds (if present) or case will confirm charging.

A full charge provides up to 11 hours of playback for the earbuds (ANC off) and a total of 50 hours with the charging case. A quick 10-minute charge can provide approximately 4 hours of playback.

3.2 Pairing with Your Device

1. First-Time Pairing: Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light.
2. Enable Bluetooth: On your device (smartphone, tablet, PC), go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.
3. Select Earbuds: In the list of available devices, select "UGREEN EchoBuds Plus". Once connected, the LED indicator on the earbuds will stop flashing.
4. Subsequent Pairing: The earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when taken out of the case.

3.3 Multi-Point Connection

The EchoBuds Plus support simultaneous connection to two devices, allowing seamless switching between them.

1. Pair the earbuds with your first device as described above.
2. Disable Bluetooth on the first device, or manually put the earbuds back into pairing mode (refer to the UGREEN Audio App for specific instructions).
3. Pair the earbuds with your second device.
4. Enable Bluetooth on the first device. The earbuds should now be connected to both devices.

4. Operating Your Earbuds

4.1 Touch Controls

The touch control area is located on the outer surface of each earbud. Functions can be customized via the UGREEN Audio App.

4.2 Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Transparency Mode

The EchoBuds Plus feature adaptive ANC with up to -55dB noise reduction, utilizing 6 microphones to monitor ambient sound. You can switch between different noise control modes:

• Noise Cancellation: Blocks out ambient noise for an immersive listening experience.
• Transparency Mode: Allows you to hear your surroundings while still enjoying your audio.
• Normal Mode: No active noise cancellation or transparency.

These modes can be cycled through by long-pressing the touch control area or managed via the UGREEN Audio App. The app offers 4 distinct ANC modes: Deep, Medium, Light, and Adaptive.

4.3 UGREEN Audio App

Download the UGREEN Audio App from your device's app store to unlock the full potential of your EchoBuds Plus. The app allows you to:

• Customize touch controls.
• Select from 8 EQ presets or create custom equalizer settings.
• Switch between ANC modes and adjust levels.
• Activate Game Mode for ultra-low latency (80ms).
• Enable Spatial Sound for an immersive 3D audio experience.
• Use the "Find My Earbuds" feature.
• Access AI Real-time Translation and Meeting Note creation features (requires app update).

4.4 Clear Calls with AI Enhancement

Equipped with 6 microphones and AI noise reduction, the EchoBuds Plus ensure crystal-clear calls even in noisy environments, focusing on your voice and filtering out distractions.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

• Ear Tips: Gently remove the silicone ear tips and wash them with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow them to dry completely before reattaching.
• Earbuds and Case: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Charging Contacts: If charging issues occur, gently clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case with a dry cotton swab.

5.2 Storage

• Always store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.
• Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the earbuds and case to strong impacts.

5.3 Water and Sweat Resistance

The UGREEN EchoBuds Plus are IPX5 water-resistant, meaning they can withstand splashes of water and sweat. They are not designed for swimming or submersion in water.

8.1 Warranty Information

UGREEN provides a 24-month warranty for the EchoBuds Plus from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures your product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, modification, unauthorized repair, or intentional damage by the user or third parties.
