  • Robot Surface: Wipe down the exterior of the robot with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or residue.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your WINBOT W2S, refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:

  • Robot not adhering to window: Ensure the glass surface is clean and dry. Check that the cleaning pads are correctly attached and not overly saturated. Verify the power connection and that the robot is powered on.
  • Streaks or poor cleaning performance: Replace dirty cleaning pads with fresh ones. Ensure the cleaning solution reservoir is adequately filled. For heavily soiled windows, multiple cleaning passes or a Deep Cleaning Mode may be required.
  • Robot stopping unexpectedly: Check the power connection. The robot has Power-Off Protection, but a stable power source is essential for continuous operation. Ensure the safety tether is not obstructing movement.
