2. Setup and Assembly

Your DEEPOWER QS7 Electric Bike arrives 90% pre-assembled. Follow these steps and refer to the installation video for complete setup.

2.1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully open the box and remove all components. Inspect for any damage during transit. Ensure all parts listed in the packing list are present.

2.2. Handlebar Installation

  1. Move the product to a stable position.
  2. Install the handlebar head onto the fork stem.
  3. Tighten the four screws on the handlebar clamp correctly and securely using the provided tool.

2.3. Front Wheel and Fender Installation

  1. Install the axle shafts into the front wheel.
  2. Carefully align the front wheel with the fork, ensuring the brake rotor slides into the caliper.
  3. Secure the front wheel by tightening the axle nuts in the specified order.

  1. Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals.
  2. Thread the right pedal (R) clockwise into the right crank arm.
  3. Thread the left pedal (L) counter-clockwise into the left crank arm.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1. Speed Limit Removal Tutorial

The DEEPOWER QS7 Electric Bike may come with a speed limit enabled by default, typically around 25 km/h (15.5 mph). To unlock the full speed capability (up to 50 km/h or 31 mph), you need to disconnect a specific wire from the controller.

  1. Locate the two white wires connected to the controller, usually near the rear wheel or under the seat. These wires are typically secured with a zip tie.
  2. Carefully disconnect these two white wires.
  3. Once disconnected, the bike's maximum speed will be increased.
