3.2 4-Stage Filtration System

4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking and Placement

  1. Carefully remove the air purifier from its packaging.
  2. Place the unit on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 15 cm (6 inches) of space around the air inlet and outlet for optimal airflow.
  3. Avoid placing the unit near heat sources, direct sunlight, or in areas with excessive moisture.

4.2 Filter Installation

The filter may come pre-installed but wrapped in protective plastic. Remove all packaging from the filter before use.

  1. Turn the air purifier upside down.
  2. Twist the base cover counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it.
  3. Remove the filter from its plastic packaging.
  4. Insert the filter back into the unit.
  5. Replace the base cover and twist clockwise to lock it securely.
  6. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

  • Press the Power button (Power button icon) to turn the unit on or off.

5.2 Adjusting Fan Speed

  • Press the Speed button (Fan speed icon) repeatedly to cycle through fan speeds: 1 (Low), 2 (Medium), 3 (High).

5.3 Timer Function

  • Press the Timer button (Timer icon) to set the operating time for 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours. The unit will automatically turn off after the selected time.

5.4 Sleep Mode

  • Press the Sleep Mode button (Sleep mode icon) to activate sleep mode. In this mode, the fan operates at its lowest speed (approx. 15dB), and the display lights dim automatically for undisturbed sleep.

5.5 Child Lock

  • To activate the child lock, press and hold the Child Lock button (Child lock icon) for 3 seconds. This prevents accidental changes to settings. Press and hold again for 3 seconds to deactivate.

5.6 Ambient Light

  • Press the Ambient Light button (Light bulb icon) to turn the ambient light on or off.

5.7 Aromatherapy Function

Add a few drops of essential oil to the dedicated aromatherapy box to diffuse a pleasant scent while purifying the air.

  1. Locate the aromatherapy box on the top of the unit (refer to Product Overview image).
  2. Open the aromatherapy box.
  3. Add 2-3 drops of your preferred essential oil onto the cotton pad inside the box.
  4. Close the aromatherapy box.

Note: Do not add essential oils directly into the air outlet or filter. Use only the designated aromatherapy box.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Unit

  • Always unplug the air purifier before cleaning.
  • Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Clean the air inlet and outlet vents with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner attachment to remove dust buildup.

6.2 Filter Replacement

The filter needs to be replaced every 3-6 months, depending on usage and air quality. The filter reset indicator light will flash when it's time for replacement.

  1. Unplug the air purifier.
  2. Turn the unit upside down and remove the base cover.
  3. Remove the old filter and dispose of it properly.
  4. Install a new original Aigostar replacement filter (refer to Section 4.2 for installation steps).
  5. Replace and lock the base cover.
  6. Plug in the air purifier.
  7. Press and hold the Filter Reset button (Filter reset icon) for 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off, signaling the reset is complete.

Note: Only use genuine Aigostar replacement filters to ensure optimal performance and maintain warranty validity.

7. Troubleshooting
