3. Setup and Pairing
3.1 Wearing the Earbuds

- Confirm to take the earbuds as shown in the figure, ensuring the correct orientation.
- From top to bottom, place the ear hook behind your ear.
- Adjust the earbud by twisting it gently for a comfortable and secure fit.
- Ensure both earbuds are securely and comfortably positioned.
3.2 Initial Pairing

- Charge the Earbuds: Before first use, ensure the earbuds and charging case are fully charged. Place the earbuds into the charging case and connect the USB-C cable to a power source.
- Activate Pairing Mode: Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. The indicator lights on the earbuds will flash (refer to LED indicator section for details).
- Enable Bluetooth: On your smartphone or device, go to Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
- Select Device: Look for "Monster Open Ear AC328" in the list of available devices and select it to connect.
- Confirmation: Once connected, you will hear an audio prompt, and the indicator lights on the earbuds will stop flashing.
The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on the device.
4. Operating the Earbuds
4.1 Touch Controls

4.2 Charging the Earbuds and Case

- Earbud Charging: Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging.
- Case Charging: Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and to a USB power adapter (not included). The indicator light on the case will show charging status.
- Battery Life: The earbuds provide up to 8 hours of playback on a single charge. The charging case extends the total playtime to approximately 32 hours.
5. Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Water Resistance: The earbuds are IPX5 water-resistant, meaning they can withstand splashes and sweat. Do not submerge them in water or expose them to heavy rain. Ensure they are dry before placing them back in the charging case.
