Setup
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
- Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated.
- Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source.
- The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. A full charge provides up to 30 hours of total playtime (including case charges).
2. Pairing with a Device
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings.
- Search for "Monster AC311" in the list of available devices and select it to connect.
- Once connected, you will hear an audio prompt, and the indicator lights on the earbuds will change.
3. Wearing the Earbuds

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging.
Touch Controls
The AC311 earbuds feature intelligent touch controls on each earbud. Refer to the diagram below for specific functions:

- Answer/End Call: Single tap (x1) on either L/R earbud.
- Play/Pause Music: Single tap (x1) on either L/R earbud.
- Increase Volume: Double tap (x2) on the Right (R) earbud.
- Reduce Volume: Double tap (x2) on the Left (L) earbud.
- Previous Song: Triple tap (x3) on the Left (L) earbud.
- Next Song: Triple tap (x3) on the Right (R) earbud.
- Decline Phone Call: Press and hold for 2 seconds (2s) on either L/R earbud.
- Voice Assistant: Press and hold for 2 seconds (2s) on either L/R earbud.
Maintenance
Cleaning
Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals. Do not submerge the earbuds or case in water.
Water Resistance (IPX5)
