Introduction

This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, and maintaining your Amazon Ember Artline 65-inch Fire TV. The Ember Artline combines a 4K Ultra HD QLED smart TV with an anti-glare display and a curated art gallery experience. It features custom frames, Dolby Vision support, and integrated Alexa+ for voice control and smart home management.

Please read these instructions carefully before using your device to ensure proper functionality and safety.

Setup

1. Unboxing and Package Contents

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all items are present:

  • Amazon Ember Artline TV
  • Alexa Voice Remote Enhanced
  • Wall mount kit
  • Power cord
  • 2 AAA batteries
  • Quick Start Guide
  • Amazon Ember Artline 65-inch Frame (four pieces, ships separately)

2. Frame Installation

The custom frame pieces are designed for easy attachment. Align each frame piece with the corresponding edge of the TV and gently snap them into place. Refer to the included installation card for detailed instructions.

3. Wall Mounting

The included wall mount kit is non-VESA. Follow the provided directions for installation. If using a separately purchased VESA-compatible wall mount, ensure it supports the 400mm x 400mm VESA standard.

4. Initial Power-On and Network Connection

Connect the power cord to the TV and a power outlet. The TV will guide you through the initial setup process, including connecting to your Wi-Fi 6 network and pairing the Alexa Voice Remote Enhanced.

Operating Instructions

1. Fire TV Interface Navigation

Use the Alexa Voice Remote Enhanced to navigate the Fire TV interface. The new Fire TV experience (2026 release) features a modern design for quick access to entertainment. Pin frequently used apps and browse dedicated content categories.

2. Using Alexa+

The Ember Artline supports hands-free Alexa. Simply say "Alexa" followed by your command to find content, manage smart home devices, or ask questions. You can also press the Alexa button on your remote. For example, try saying, "Play a slideshow of us biking in the mountains."

3. Art Mode and Photo Display

Access the Art & Photos hub from the sidebar menu to explore over 2,000 free works of art. Use the Match the Room feature by uploading photos of your space to receive art recommendations. You can also display personal photos from the Amazon Photos App or via Alexa voice commands.

4. Omnisense Technology

The Ember Artline features Omnisense technology with built-in sensors. The display automatically wakes to show artwork or entertainment when you enter the room and turns off when you leave, conserving energy.

Stream premium games instantly with Amazon Luna and Xbox Game Pass directly on your Ember Artline TV. No console is needed; use your phones as controllers for family-friendly titles and party games.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Screen and Frame

To clean the anti-glare screen, gently wipe with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For stubborn smudges, lightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Clean the frame with a dry or slightly damp cloth as needed.

2. Software Updates

Your Ember Artline TV receives automatic software security updates. Ensure your TV is connected to the internet to receive these updates, which improve performance and security.

Troubleshooting

  • No Power: Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the TV and a working power outlet. Try a different outlet.
  • No Picture/Sound: Verify that the correct input source is selected. Check all cable connections (HDMI, optical audio). Restart the TV by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.
  • Wi-Fi Connection Issues: Ensure your router is on and within range. Restart your router and the TV. Re-enter your Wi-Fi password in the TV settings.
  • Alexa Not Responding: Check if the microphone switch on the TV is enabled. Ensure the remote batteries are not depleted. Try restarting the TV.
  • Remote Control Issues: Replace the AAA batteries in the Alexa Voice Remote Enhanced. Re-pair the remote if necessary by holding the Home button for 10 seconds.

The Amazon Ember Artline TV includes a 1-Year limited warranty and service. The frame accessory has a 90-day limited warranty. Optional 3-Year and 4-Year Extended Warranties are available for U.S. customers and are sold separately. Extended warranties exclude the frame accessory. Use of Fire TV is subject to the terms found on the Amazon website.

2. Software Security Updates

Accessibility Features

The Amazon Ember Artline TV includes several accessibility features:

  • VoiceView Screen Reader: Provides access to most Fire TV features for users who are blind or visually impaired.

  • Text Banner: Consolidates onscreen text into a compact, customizable banner.
  • Closed Captioning: Displays captions for videos and TV shows where available.
  • Audio Description: Provides verbal descriptions of on-screen actions, expressions, and scene changes for available content.
  • Bluetooth Audio Streaming: Supports audio streaming for select compatible Bluetooth hearing aids and devices for private listening, as well as compatible Bluetooth headphones.

Note: Captions and audio descriptions are not available for all content. "Hearing aids" refers to compatible Bluetooth hearing devices such as traditional hearing aids, cochlear implants, and bone conduction hearing devices.
