Step-by-Step Assembly Guide

  1. Step 1: Attach cam bolts (A) to the designated holes on Panel 1 (bottom base).
  2. Step 2: Attach cam bolts (A) to Panels 10 and 11 (front support rails).
  3. Step 3: Connect Panels 3 and 4 (side panels) to Panels 10 and 11 using cam locks (B) and wood dowels (C).
  4. Step 4: Attach cam bolts (A), screws (D), and support bar (H-1) to Panel 5 (left middle divider).
  5. Step 5: Attach cam bolts (A), screws (D), and support bar (H-1) to Panel 6 (right middle divider).
  6. Step 6: Connect Panels 5 and 6 to Panel 8 (middle shelf) using cam locks (B) and wood dowels (C).
  7. Step 7: Attach Panels 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 to Panel 1 (bottom base) using cam locks (B) and wood dowels (C).
  8. Step 8: Slide the back panels (17, 18) into the grooves on the assembled frame.
  9. Step 9: Attach screws (L) and wood dowels (C) to Panels 2 (top panel), 3, and 4.
  10. Step 10: Attach cam bolts (A) to Panel 2 (top panel).
  11. Step 11: Attach cam bolts (A) to Panels 14 and 15 (small side rails for the top frame).
  12. Step 12: Attach cam bolts (A) to Panel 12 (long front rail for the top frame).
  13. Step 13: Connect Panels 14, 15, and 16 (small back rail for the top frame) to Panel 12 using cam locks (B) and screws (L).
  14. Step 14: Attach cam locks (B) to Panels 14, 15, and 16.
  15. Step 15: Attach cam locks (B) and wood dowels (C) to connect the top frame (Panels 2, 12, 14, 15, 16) to the main cabinet body (Panels 3, 4).
  16. Step 16: Rotate the top panel 180 degrees and secure it to the main cabinet body using cam bolts (M).
  17. Step 17: Insert shelf pins (M) into the desired holes and place the adjustable shelves (7, 9) into position.
  18. Step 18: Attach hinges (G), magnetic catches (E-1, E-2), and handles (H-2) to the cabinet doors (19, 20, 21, 22).
  19. Step 19: Attach the assembled doors (19, 20, 21, 22) to the cabinet using screws (D). Adjust hinges for proper alignment.
  20. Step 20: Secure the back panels with screws (J-2) and plastic clips (J-1).
  21. Step 21: Attach the anti-tipping straps (K-1) to the top back of the cabinet using screws (K-4) and washers (K-5).
  22. Step 22: Secure the anti-tipping straps to the wall using screws (K-2), wall anchors (K-3), and washers (K-5). This step is critical for safety.
