It features specialized load cells that have undergone extensive testing to ensure precise readings in 1lb / 0.5kg increments. The scale is equipped with an ultra-wide platform and a large, backlit LCD display for easy readability. Constructed with durable 8mm tempered glass and anti-slip silicone feet, it prioritizes user safety and stability. The low-consumption IC chip extends battery life, providing approximately 90 days of use per battery change.

Setup
- Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Insert the three 1.5V AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.
- Placement: Place the scale on a hard, flat, and stable surface. Avoid soft surfaces like carpets, which can affect accuracy.
- Initial Calibration: For first-time use or if the scale has been moved, gently tap the scale with your foot to turn it on. Wait for the display to show "0.0" before stepping on it. This calibrates the scale.
- Unit Selection: On the underside of the scale, locate the "UNIT" button. Press this button to cycle through available units (pounds (lb), kilograms (kg), stones (st)) until your desired unit is displayed.

Operating Instructions
- Step-On Activation: Gently step onto the center of the scale. The display will activate automatically.
- Weight Measurement: Stand still on the scale. Your weight will be displayed and flash a few times before settling on a final reading. The reading will remain on the display for approximately 10 seconds before turning off.
- Consistent Readings: For the most consistent results, weigh yourself at the same time each day, preferably in the morning before eating or drinking, and with minimal clothing.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft tissue with alcohol or glass cleaner to wipe the surface. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or soap, as these may damage the tempered glass.
- Battery Replacement: When the display shows "Lo", it indicates low battery. Replace the three AAA batteries promptly to ensure continued accurate operation.
- Storage: Store the scale in a dry place, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting
- Inaccurate Readings: Ensure the scale is placed on a hard, flat surface. Re-calibrate by tapping the scale to turn it on, waiting for "0.0", then stepping on.
- "Err" Display: This indicates an overloaded condition. The scale's maximum capacity is 550lb / 250kg.
- "Lo" Display: Indicates low battery. Replace the AAA batteries.
- No Display: Check if batteries are correctly installed and not depleted.
