4. Setup

4.1. Power Connection

Connect the power adapter to the printer's power input port.
Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
Press and hold the power button on the printer to turn it on. The indicator light will illuminate.

4.2. Loading Labels

Press the open button on the side of the printer to open the top cover.
Adjust the blue paper guides to match the width of your thermal labels. The printer supports labels from 1 inch to 4.6 inches wide.
Insert the thermal labels into the feed slot, ensuring the printable side (label side) faces upwards. The printer will automatically load the paper.
Close the top cover.

4.3. Connecting to Devices

4.3.1. Mobile Device Connection (Bluetooth)

Download the 'Labelife' app from your device's app store (iOS or Android).
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
Open the Labelife app and follow the on-screen instructions to search for and connect to your PM-2411BT printer.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Printing from Mobile Devices (Labelife App)

Open the Labelife app on your smartphone or tablet.
Select the desired printing option (e.g., PDF printing, Image printing).
Import the file you wish to print.
Adjust label settings such as width, height, and orientation to match your labels. The printer supports labels from 1 inch to 4.6 inches wide, including common 4x6 inch shipping labels.
Review the print preview and adjust print quality or speed if necessary.
Tap 'Print' to send the job to the printer.

5.2. Printing from Computers (Windows/macOS/Chrome OS)

Ensure the printer is connected to your computer via USB and the necessary drivers are installed, or the Labelife Chrome extension is active.
Open the document or label file you wish to print.
Access the print dialogue (usually File > Print).
Select 'TATTMUSE PM-2411BT' or 'Label Printer' from the list of available printers.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning the Print Head

Regularly clean the print head to ensure optimal print quality and prolong the printer's lifespan.

Turn off the printer and unplug the power adapter.
Open the top cover.
Gently wipe the print head with an alcohol swab or a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol.
Allow the print head to dry completely before closing the cover and turning the printer back on.

6.2. Cleaning the Rollers

If labels are not feeding smoothly, clean the rollers:

Turn off the printer and unplug the power adapter.
Open the top cover.
