Setup
1. Initial Charging
- Before first use, place both hearing aids into the charging case.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the charging case and a power source.
- Charge the case and hearing aids fully. The charging case takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge.
- The indicator lights on the charging case will show the charging status.
2. Selecting and Attaching Eartips
- Choose the eartip size that feels most comfortable and provides a snug fit in your ear canal. A good fit is essential for sound quality and to prevent feedback.
- Gently attach the selected eartip to the hearing aid nozzle. Ensure it is securely fastened.
3. Inserting the Hearing Aids
- Identify the left (blue) and right (red) hearing aids.
- Gently insert the hearing aid into your ear canal until it feels secure and comfortable. Avoid forcing it.
- Adjust the position slightly until you achieve the best sound and comfort.

Maintenance

Daily Cleaning Procedure
- Cleaning the Hearing Aids and Eartips: Use the provided cleaning brush to gently remove any earwax or debris from the hearing aid body and the eartip.
- Cleaning the Charging Contacts: Use the cleaning brush to clean the metal charging contacts on both the hearing aids and inside the charging case. Ensure they are free of dirt and moisture.
- Cleaning the Charging Case: Wipe the inside and outside of the charging case with a soft, dry cloth.
NOTE: Before wearing your new device, it is recommended to remove any excess wax that may have accumulated in the ear canal. Ear cleaning may be necessary to resolve buzzing issues.
