4. Setup

4.1 SIM Card and SD Card Installation

  1. Locate the SIM tray on the side of your device.
  2. Insert the SIM ejector tool (not included, use a thin pin) into the small hole on the SIM tray. Press firmly until the tray ejects.
  3. Place your Nano SIM card(s) and/or microSD card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts face downwards.
  4. Carefully reinsert the tray into the phone until it clicks into place.

4.2 Initial Power On and Setup

  1. Press and hold the Power button on the side of the phone until the screen lights up.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, connect to a Wi-Fi network, and set up your Google account.
  3. You may be prompted to transfer data from an old device or set up a new device.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Navigation

  • Touch: Tap an icon to open an app or select an item.
  • Swipe: Slide your finger across the screen to scroll through pages or content.
  • Pinch: Use two fingers to zoom in or out on photos and web pages.

5.2 Calls and Messaging

  • To make a call, tap the Phone icon, enter the number, and tap the Call button.
  • To send a message, tap the Messages icon, start a new conversation, enter the recipient and your message.

5.3 Connecting to Wi-Fi

  1. Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi.
  2. Toggle Wi-Fi On.
  3. Select your desired network from the list and enter the password if prompted.

6.1 Taking Photos and Videos

  1. Open the Camera app.
  2. Tap the Shutter button to take a photo.
  3. Switch to video mode by tapping the video icon and then tap the Record button to start/stop recording.

  • Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the phone's charging port.
  • Connect the other end of the cable to the power adapter, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
  • The battery icon on the screen will indicate charging status.
