Troubleshooting

  • Charger Not Activating: Ensure the power plug is fully inserted into the wall outlet and the NACS connector is securely plugged into the vehicle's charging port. Check the wall outlet for power.
  • Circuit Breaker Trips: If the circuit breaker trips, it may indicate an overloaded circuit or an issue with the electrical wiring. Reduce the charging current setting on the charger or consult a qualified electrician to assess your electrical system. Some vehicles also allow adjusting charging speed via their app.
  • Charging Interruption: If charging stops unexpectedly, check for loose connections at both the wall outlet and the vehicle. Verify that there are no power outages or issues with the vehicle's charging system.
  • Error Messages: Refer to the charger's display for any error codes or messages. Consult the support section for further assistance if an error persists.
  • Slow Charging: Ensure you are using the appropriate power outlet (NEMA 6-20 for Level 2, NEMA 5-15 for Level 1 with adapter) and that the current setting on the charger is optimized for your vehicle and power source.
