Port Descriptions:
- HDMI 1: 8K@30Hz output for high-resolution displays.

- USB-A 3.1 (3 ports): 10Gbps data transfer speed.
- PD (Power Delivery) Port: 100W input for charging the docking station and connected laptop.
- RJ45 Ethernet: 2500Mbps for stable wired network connection.
- SD 4.0 Card Reader: Supports SD cards with reading speeds up to 312MB/s.
- TF 4.0 Card Reader: Supports MicroSD cards with reading speeds up to 312MB/s.
- KEY Button: Controls the LED display status.
Setup Instructions
- Connect to Laptop: Connect the integrated USB-C cable from the docking station to a compatible USB-C port on your laptop.
- Connect Power Adapter (Optional but Recommended): For optimal performance and laptop charging, connect your laptop's USB-C power adapter (up to 100W) to the PD port on the docking station. This will power the docking station and pass through up to 87W to your laptop.
- Connect External Monitors: Use HDMI cables to connect your monitors to the HDMI 1 and/or HDMI 2 ports on the docking station.
- Connect Peripherals: Plug in your USB devices (keyboard, mouse, external drives) into the available USB-A or USB-C data ports.
- Connect Ethernet (Optional): For a stable wired network, connect an Ethernet cable from your router/modem to the RJ45 Ethernet port on the docking station.
- Insert SD/TF Cards (Optional): Insert your SD or TF cards into the corresponding slots for data access.
Operating Instructions
LED Display Functionality
The MOKiN LED Docking Station features an innovative LED display that shows the connection status of each port.

- Checking Status: The display automatically cycles through different screens showing the status of connected ports, charging power, and resolution.
- Adjusting Display: Short press the 'KEY' button to cycle through different display modes.
- Turning Off Display: Long press the 'KEY' button to turn off the LED screen. The port functions will continue to operate normally.
Multi-Monitor Configuration
The docking station supports various multi-monitor setups depending on your operating system.

- Windows Systems (MST & SST): Windows supports both Mirror (SST) and Extend (MST) modes across multiple monitors. HDMI 1 can support up to 8K@30Hz, and HDMI 2 can support up to 4K@60Hz.

- Mac OS (Extend Mode): Mac OS can only extend to one external monitor (4K@60Hz). Other monitors will mirror the extended display.

- Adjusting Display Settings: After connecting monitors, access your operating system's display settings to configure resolution, orientation, and arrangement.
Power Delivery
The PD port ensures your laptop remains charged while using the docking station.

- Connect your laptop's original USB-C power adapter to the PD port on the docking station.
- The docking station reserves 13W for its own operation, providing the remaining power (up to 87W) to your laptop.
Data Transfer
Utilize the high-speed USB ports for efficient data transfer.

- The 2x USB-C 3.1 ports and 3x USB-A 3.1 ports support data transfer speeds up to 10Gbps.

Ethernet & Card Reader

Maintenance
- Keep the docking station in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions:
- No Display/Flickering Screen:
- Ensure all HDMI cables are securely connected to both the docking station and the monitors.
- Verify that your laptop's USB-C port supports video output (DisplayPort Alternate Mode).
- Check your laptop's display settings to ensure monitors are detected and configured correctly (extend/mirror).
- If using a power adapter, ensure it is connected to the PD port of the docking station.
- Slow Charging/No Charging:
- Ensure your power adapter is connected to the PD port and is capable of delivering sufficient wattage (100W recommended for full performance).
- Verify that your laptop supports USB-C Power Delivery.
- USB Devices Not Recognized:
- Try connecting the device to a different USB port on the docking station.
- Ensure the device drivers are up-to-date on your laptop.
- If connecting multiple power-hungry devices, ensure the docking station is connected to an external power source.
- Ethernet Connection Issues:
- Check the Ethernet cable connection to both the docking station and your router/modem.
- Verify network settings on your laptop.
- Docking Station Feels Warm:
- It is normal for the docking station to generate some heat during operation, especially when multiple ports are in use or when charging.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the device.
