Product Overview

Setup
1. Unpacking and Placement
- Remove all packaging materials and inspect the ice maker for any damage.
- Place the ice maker on a flat, stable surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure there is at least 5 inches of clearance around the unit for proper ventilation.
- Allow the unit to stand upright for at least 1 hour before plugging it in, especially if it was transported horizontally. This allows the refrigerant to settle.
2. Initial Cleaning
- Before first use, clean the interior of the ice maker. Remove the ice basket and wash it with warm water and a mild detergent.
- Wipe the interior with a soft cloth dampened with warm water and a small amount of vinegar or mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
- Dry all parts completely before reassembling.
3. Filling the Water Tank
- Open the top lid and fill the water reservoir with potable water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.
- Close the lid securely.
Operating Instructions
1. Power On and Ice Size Selection
- Plug the ice maker into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the appliance. The power indicator will illuminate.
- Press the SELECT button to choose your desired ice cube size: SMALL or LARGE. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.
2. Ice Making Process
- The ice maker will begin the ice production cycle automatically. The first batch of ice typically takes 6-10 minutes, depending on the selected size and ambient temperature.
- The ice will drop into the ice basket.

3. Indicator Lights
- ADD WATER: This indicator will light up when the water reservoir is low. Add more potable water to continue ice production.
- ICE FULL: This indicator will light up when the ice basket is full. The ice maker will automatically pause production. Remove ice from the basket to resume operation.
4. Interior Lighting
- Press the LIGHT button to turn the interior LED light on or off, allowing you to view the ice-making process.
5. Bullet Ice Characteristics
The bullet-shaped ice produced by this machine is designed to melt slowly, keeping your beverages chilled longer without excessive dilution. Two sizes are available for different uses:
- Small Ice: Ideal for juices, coffee, and soda.
- Large Ice: Suitable for whisky, chilling seafood, or use in ice packs.

Maintenance and Cleaning
1. Self-Cleaning Function
The ice maker is equipped with a self-cleaning cycle to maintain hygiene:
- Ensure the water reservoir is filled with clean water.
- Press and hold the ON/OFF button for approximately 5 seconds. The machine will enter self-cleaning mode.
- The cleaning cycle typically lasts for 30 minutes, circulating water to clean internal components.
- Once the cycle is complete, the machine will automatically drain the water. No manual draining is required after the self-cleaning cycle.

2. Regular Cleaning
- For optimal performance and hygiene, clean the ice maker regularly, especially if it is not used frequently.
- Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Remove the ice basket and wash it.
- Drain any remaining water from the reservoir. There is usually a drain plug at the bottom or side of the unit.
