Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and accessories from the oven.
- Initial Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash the air fry basket, wire rack, baking pan, and crumb tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Placement: Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clearance on all sides of the oven for proper ventilation. Do not place the oven directly against a wall or under cabinets.
- Power Connection: Ensure the power cord is not damaged. Plug the oven into a grounded electrical outlet.
- First Use (Burn-in): Before cooking food, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this initial use; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

General Operation Steps
- Prepare Food: Place your food in the appropriate accessory (air fry basket, baking pan, or wire rack).
- Insert Accessory: Slide the accessory into the desired rack position inside the oven. Ensure the crumb tray is always in place at the bottom.
- Select Function: Turn the function knob or press the function button to select your desired cooking mode (e.g., Air Fry, Bake).
- Set Temperature: Use the temperature control buttons (usually '+' and '-') to adjust the temperature between 70°F and 450°F (21°C - 232°C).
- Set Time: Use the timer control buttons (usually '+' and '-') to set the cooking time, up to 60 minutes.
- Start Cooking: Press the "Start" button to begin the cooking process. The oven light will illuminate, and the fan will operate (for air fry and convection modes).
- Monitor Cooking: You can open the oven door to check on food. The cooking process will pause when the door is open and resume when closed.
- End of Cooking: The oven will beep when the timer expires. Carefully remove cooked food using oven mitts.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your appliance.
- Before Cleaning: Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Crumb Tray: Remove the crumb tray from the bottom of the oven. Discard crumbs and wipe the tray with a damp cloth. Wash with warm, soapy water if necessary, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
- Accessories: The air fry basket, wire rack, and baking pan can be washed in warm, soapy water. For stubborn food residue, soak them in warm water before cleaning. Rinse and dry completely.
- Interior: Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For baked-on grease, a non-abrasive cleaner designed for oven interiors can be used. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges that could damage the non-toxic cold-rolled steel interior.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the oven with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads, as they may scratch the stainless steel finish.
- Heating Elements: Do not attempt to clean the heating elements. If food particles are on the elements, they will burn off during operation.
- Storage: Ensure the oven is clean and dry before storing. Store in a cool, dry place.
