- Durable and Eco-friendly TPU Coating: Made with high-quality, biodegradable TPU surface, making the bag exceptionally resistant to wear and tear, produced sustainably.
- Practical Roll-Top Closure: Flexible in size, the variable roll-top closure allows you to adjust the bag's volume according to its contents. Provides a secure seal when fully loaded and is easy to operate, even with gloves.
- Easy Clip-On Mounting System: The adjustable clip-on bracket ensures quick attachment and removal from bicycle racks (suitable for tubes with a diameter of 9 to 16 mm). Includes a third attachment point for enhanced stability on uneven terrain.

3. Safety Instructions
- Ensure the bag is securely attached to the bicycle rack before each ride. A loose bag can interfere with bicycle operation and cause accidents.
- Distribute weight evenly within the bag and on the bicycle rack to maintain balance and stability.
- Do not overload the bag beyond its recommended capacity (15 liters) or the bicycle rack's weight limit.
- Regularly check all mounting components for wear, damage, or looseness. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
- Be aware of the increased width of your bicycle when panniers are attached, especially when navigating narrow passages or traffic.
- The reflective print enhances visibility but does not replace proper bicycle lighting. Always use appropriate lights when riding in low-light conditions.

5. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to properly install your M-Wave pannier bag onto your bicycle rack.
5.1 Inspecting the Mounting System

Figure 1: Rear view of the pannier bag, highlighting the upper clip-on hooks and the adjustable lower attachment.
Before installation, familiarize yourself with the bag's rear mounting system. It consists of two upper hooks and an adjustable lower attachment point designed to secure the bag to your bicycle rack.
5.2 Adjusting the Upper Hooks

Figure 2: Detail of the upper clip-on hook, showing the mechanism for attaching to the rack tube.
The upper hooks are designed to fit bicycle rack tubes with a diameter of 9-16 mm. Ensure the hooks are open or adjusted to fit your rack's tube diameter. Some models may have adjustable inserts for different tube sizes.
5.3 Securing the Lower Attachment

Figure 3: Detail of the adjustable lower attachment, which provides additional stability by securing the bag to the lower part of the rack.
The lower attachment point prevents the bag from swinging and provides extra stability. Adjust its position along the rail to align with a vertical or diagonal strut of your bicycle rack. Secure it firmly to prevent movement.
5.4 Final Placement on Bicycle Rack

Figure 4: The pannier bag correctly installed on a bicycle rack, demonstrating proper positioning and clearance.
Once the upper hooks and lower attachment are adjusted, carefully place the bag onto your bicycle rack. Ensure both upper hooks are securely clipped onto the top rail and the lower attachment is fastened. Verify that the bag does not interfere with the wheel, pedals, or your riding posture.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Using the Roll-Top Closure

Figure 5: The pannier bag with its roll-top closure properly rolled down and clipped, ensuring waterproof sealing.
To ensure the bag remains waterproof, fill the bag and then roll the top edge down at least three times. Secure the rolled top by clipping the buckles together, either over the top of the bag or to the side straps, depending on the model. This creates a tight seal, protecting your contents from water and dust.
6.2 Loading the Bag
The bag has a capacity of approximately 15 liters. When loading, place heavier items at the bottom and closer to the bicycle wheel for better balance. Avoid sharp objects that could puncture the bag's material. Distribute weight evenly if using multiple panniers.
7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the bag with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the TPU coating and waterproof properties. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
- Storage: Store the bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Ensure it is clean and dry to prevent mold or mildew.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the bag for any signs of wear, tears, or damage to the material, seams, and mounting hardware. Pay close attention to the roll-top closure area and attachment points.
- Waterproofing: While the bag is IPX5 certified, extreme conditions or prolonged submersion are not recommended. Always ensure the roll-top closure is properly sealed.
8. Troubleshooting
- Bag feels loose or unstable:
- Check if the upper hooks are fully engaged on the rack tube.
- Ensure the lower attachment is securely fastened and adjusted to a rack strut.
- Verify that the rack tube diameter is within the 9-16 mm range for the hooks.
- Water leakage:
- Ensure the roll-top closure is rolled down at least three times and the buckles are securely fastened.
- Inspect the bag for any punctures or tears in the material. Small holes might be repairable with a suitable waterproof patch kit.
- Difficulty attaching/detaching:
- Ensure the clip-on mechanism is fully open before attempting to attach or detach.
- Check for any obstructions on the rack or bag.
