Before installation, familiarize yourself with the bag's rear mounting system. It consists of two upper hooks and an adjustable lower attachment point designed to secure the bag to your bicycle rack.

The upper hooks are designed to fit bicycle rack tubes with a diameter of 9-16 mm. Ensure the hooks are open or adjusted to fit your rack's tube diameter. Some models may have adjustable inserts for different tube sizes.

5.3 Securing the Lower Attachment

The lower attachment point prevents the bag from swinging and provides extra stability. Adjust its position along the rail to align with a vertical or diagonal strut of your bicycle rack. Secure it firmly to prevent movement.

5.4 Final Placement on Bicycle Rack

Once the upper hooks and lower attachment are adjusted, carefully place the bag onto your bicycle rack. Ensure both upper hooks are securely clipped onto the top rail and the lower attachment is fastened. Verify that the bag does not interfere with the wheel, pedals, or your riding posture.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Using the Roll-Top Closure

Figure 5: The pannier bag with its roll-top closure properly rolled down and clipped, ensuring waterproof sealing.

To ensure the bag remains waterproof, fill the bag and then roll the top edge down at least three times. Secure the rolled top by clipping the buckles together, either over the top of the bag or to the side straps, depending on the model. This creates a tight seal, protecting your contents from water and dust.

6.2 Loading the Bag

The bag has a capacity of approximately 15 liters. When loading, place heavier items at the bottom and closer to the bicycle wheel for better balance. Avoid sharp objects that could puncture the bag's material. Distribute weight evenly if using multiple panniers.
