- Avoid contact with hot food or liquids when blending. Allow hot ingredients to cool slightly before processing.
- Do not overload the chopping bowl. Refer to the maximum fill lines.

Setup and Assembly
Attaching and Detaching Attachments
To attach an accessory (immersion blender shaft, whisk gear box, or chopper lid) to the motor body:
- Align the motor body with the desired attachment.
- Push the attachment onto the motor body and twist clockwise until it locks securely into place.
To detach an accessory:
- Twist the attachment counter-clockwise and pull it away from the motor body.

Operating Instructions
Speed Control and Turbo Mode
The BioloMix Hand Blender features 6 adjustable speed settings and a Turbo button for precise control over your blending tasks.
- Adjustable Speed Dial: Rotate the dial on top of the motor body to select speeds from 1 to 6. Start with lower speeds for softer ingredients or gentle mixing, and increase for tougher ingredients or faster processing.
- Power Button: Press and hold the power button to operate the blender at the selected speed. Release to stop.
- Turbo Button: For maximum power, press and hold the Turbo button. This will operate the blender at its highest speed regardless of the dial setting. Use for tough ingredients or when a quick burst of power is needed.

Using the Immersion Blender
Ideal for blending soups, sauces, smoothies, and baby food directly in pots, bowls, or the blending beaker.
- Attach the immersion blender shaft to the motor body.
- Place the blender head into the ingredients. Ensure the blade guard is fully submerged to prevent splashing.
- Press and hold the power button (or Turbo button for maximum power) to begin blending. Move the blender up and down gently to ensure even blending.
- Release the button to stop. Unplug before removing from ingredients.

Using the Chopper Attachment
Use the chopping bowl for mincing meat, chopping vegetables, nuts, and herbs.
- Place the chopping blade onto the center pin of the chopping bowl.
- Add ingredients to the chopping bowl. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Place the chopper lid onto the bowl, then attach the motor body to the lid.
- Press and hold the power button (or Turbo button) in short pulses until desired consistency is reached.
- Unplug, then carefully remove the motor body, lid, and blade before emptying the bowl.

Using the Whisk Attachment
Perfect for whipping cream, beating eggs, and mixing light batters.
- Attach the whisk to the whisk gear box, then attach the gear box to the motor body.
- Place the whisk into the ingredients in a bowl or the blending beaker.
- Press and hold the power button to begin whisking. Use lower speeds for gentle mixing and higher speeds for whipping.
- Release the button to stop. Unplug before removing.

Using the Milk Frother Attachment
Create creamy froth for coffee, lattes, and cappuccinos.
- Attach the milk frother directly to the motor body.
- Submerge the frother head into milk (cold or warm, depending on desired froth).
- Press and hold the power button for short bursts until desired froth consistency is achieved.
- Release the button to stop. Unplug before removing.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity of your appliance.
- Motor Body: Wipe the motor body with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water or other liquids.
- Immersion Blender Shaft, Whisk, Milk Frother: These attachments can be rinsed under running water or washed in warm, soapy water. Be extremely careful with the sharp blades of the immersion blender.
- Chopping Bowl, Blade, Lid, Blending Beaker: These parts can be washed in warm, soapy water or placed on the top rack of a dishwasher. Handle the chopper blade with care.
- Dry all parts thoroughly before storing.
- Store the appliance and its accessories in a dry place.
