Setup Instructions

1. Attach the Docking Station:

   Identify a suitable location on your desk edge or monitor stand. The clamp supports thicknesses between 0.19–1.1 inches (5–28mm). Secure the docking station by tightening the adjustment screw until it is firmly in place. Ensure the rubber pads on the clamp protect your surface from scratches.

2. Connect to Host Device:

   Connect the provided USB-C to USB-C data cable from the "PC IN" port on the docking station to an available USB-C port on your laptop or PC. If your host device uses USB-A, use a compatible adapter (not included).

3. Power Connection (Optional for high-power devices):

   For optimal performance, especially when connecting multiple power-hungry devices or charging your laptop, connect a 100W Power Delivery adapter (not included) to the dedicated USB-C PD port on the docking station.

Operating Instructions

Connecting External Displays (HDMI)

Connect an HDMI cable from the docking station's HDMI port to your external monitor or TV. The port supports 4K resolution at 60Hz for clear visuals, allowing for extended or mirror display modes.

Using USB Ports

Plug your USB devices (flash drives, external hard drives, keyboards, mice, etc.) into the available USB-A (3.2 or 2.0) or USB-C (3.2) ports. The USB 3.2 ports offer data transfer speeds up to 10Gbps, enabling fast file transfers.

Gigabit Ethernet Connection

Troubleshooting

• No Display Output: Ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the docking station and the monitor. Check your display settings on your computer to ensure the external display is detected and configured correctly (mirror or extended mode).
• USB Devices Not Recognized: Ensure the docking station is properly connected to your host device. If using high-power USB devices, connect an external power adapter to the docking station's PD port.
• Slow Data Transfer: Verify that you are using USB 3.2 compatible devices and cables. Ensure the docking station is connected to a USB 3.2 port on your host device.
• No Network Connection: Check the Ethernet cable connection. Ensure your computer's network settings are configured for a wired connection.
• Laptop Not Charging: Confirm that a 100W Power Delivery adapter (not included) is connected to the docking station's PD port and that your laptop supports USB-C PD charging.
