- Remove the rechargeable battery from the compartment.
- Connect the battery to the included charger.
- A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.
Maintenance
- Cleaning the Wand: If the bubble solution becomes foamy or the wand's performance decreases, clean the bubble ring and the area around the plastic flap. Wipe away any excess foam or residue.
- Storage: After use, empty any remaining bubble solution from the cup and clean the wand. Store the machine in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Nebulizer Replacement: Each disposable nebulizer produces approximately 300-500 smoke-filled bubbles. Once the smoke effect is depleted, the wand will continue to blow standard bubbles. Replace the nebulizer as needed for smoke effects.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No bubbles or weak bubbles | Low battery; insufficient bubble solution; foamy solution; clogged bubble ring. | Charge the battery; refill bubble solution; clean the bubble ring and wand; allow foamy solution to settle or replace. |
| Bubbles pop too easily, even with gloves | Incorrect technique (flicking instead of gentle shaking); solution quality; environmental factors (wind, dry air). | Ensure gentle shaking motion; use the provided special bubble solution; try in a less windy or humid environment. Note that some popping is normal. |
| No smoke effect | Nebulizer depleted or not properly installed. | Check nebulizer installation; replace the disposable nebulizer if depleted. |
| Lights or music not working | Low battery; internal malfunction. | Charge the battery. If the problem persists, contact customer support. |
