Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the heater from its packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Placement: Place the heater on a firm, level surface. Ensure it is at least 3 feet (0.9 m) away from walls, furniture, and any combustible materials. Do not block air inlets or outlets.
3. Power Connection: Plug the power cord directly into a grounded 120V AC electrical outlet. Do not use extension cords, power strips, or surge protectors.

Operating Instructions

The heater can be operated using the control panel on top of the unit or the included remote control.

Power On/Off

Press the ⏻ (Power) button to turn the heater on or off. When turning off, the unit will perform a 30-second cool-down cycle before completely shutting down.

Heating Modes

Press the ☰ (Mode) button to cycle through available heating modes (e.g., Low, High, ECO).

Temperature Adjustment

Use the + and - buttons to set your desired temperature between 60°F and 99°F. The heater will automatically adjust its operation to maintain the set temperature.

Oscillation

Press the ↻ (Oscillation) button to activate or deactivate the 60° oscillation feature, which helps distribute heat widely across the room.

Timer Function

Press the ⏱ (Timer) button to set the auto-off timer for up to 12 hours. Each press increases the timer by one hour.

Flame Colors / Lighting Modes

Press the 🔥 (Flame) button once to change the flame brightness. Press and hold the button for 3-5 seconds to cycle through the available lighting modes automatically.

Child Lock

To activate or deactivate the child lock, press and hold the 🔒 (Child Lock) button for 3-5 seconds. This feature prevents accidental changes to settings.

ECO Mode

Press the 🌿 (ECO) button to activate the energy-saving ECO mode, which optimizes power consumption.

Cleaning

• Always unplug the heater and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
• Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Periodically clean the air intake filter on the back of the unit to prevent dust buildup. Unscrew the cover, remove the filter, clean it with a soft brush or vacuum, and reattach.

Storage

• If storing the heater for an extended period, unplug it and clean it thoroughly.
• Store the heater in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging.

Troubleshooting

• Heater not turning on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a grounded outlet. Check if the circuit breaker has tripped. Verify the power button is pressed.
• No heat output: Confirm the desired temperature setting is higher than the current room temperature. Check if the ECO mode is active, which might reduce heat output to save energy.
• Heater shuts off unexpectedly: This could be due to the tip-over protection or overheat protection activating. Ensure the heater is on a stable surface and not covered. Clear any obstructions from air inlets/outlets.
• Flame effect not working: Check if the flame button has been pressed. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
