4. Wired Connection (3.5mm AUX)
These headphones also support a wired connection via a 3.5mm AUX cable, making them compatible with any device featuring a 3.5mm interface. Simply plug the 3.5mm cable into the headphone's AUX port and your device's audio output.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the headphones and charging station. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: When not in use, store the headphones on the charging station or in a clean, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the headphones frequently. Recharge them regularly. Always use the provided USB adapter for charging; do not use USB ports from other devices directly, as they may not provide sufficient power.
- Ear Pads: The soft memory foam ear pads are designed for comfort and breathability. Periodically check them for wear and tear.
Troubleshooting
No Sound or Low Volume
- Check Connections: Ensure all cables (Optical, RCA, AUX) are securely connected to both the TV and the transmitter dock.
- Transmitter Source Switch: Verify that the audio source switch on the base station is correctly set to "Optical" or "AUX" corresponding to your connection type.
- TV Audio Settings: If using an Optical cable, confirm your TV's audio output is set to "PCM/Stereo". Some TVs may require disabling internal speakers or selecting the correct output.
- Headphone Volume: Increase the volume on the headphones using the dedicated controls.
- TV Volume: Increase the volume on your TV. Sometimes, the TV's output volume affects the signal sent to the headphones.
- EQ Mode: Try changing the EQ mode on the headphones. Certain modes might sound louder or clearer depending on the content.
- Power: Ensure both the transmitter dock and headphones are powered on and charged.
Audio Delay or Static
- Wireless Range: Ensure you are within the effective wireless range (up to 60 meters / 196 feet) of the transmitter dock. Obstacles like thick walls can reduce range.
- Interference: Move the transmitter dock away from other 2.4GHz wireless devices (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, cordless phones) that might cause interference.
- Re-establish Connection: Turn off both the headphones and the transmitter, then turn them back on to re-establish a fresh connection.

Headphones Not Charging
- Proper Placement: Ensure the headphones are correctly seated on the charging contacts of the dock.
- Power Source: Verify the charging station is connected to a working power outlet using the provided USB adapter.
- Charging Indicator: Check if the charging indicator light on the station illuminates when headphones are placed on it.
Simultaneous TV Speakers and Headphone Audio
The ability to have sound simultaneously from both the TV speakers and the headphones depends on your specific TV model. This is a TV feature, not a headphone feature. Consult your TV's user manual or audio settings to see if simultaneous output is supported.
Connecting to a Computer
While primarily designed for TV use, these headphones can connect to a computer via a 3.5mm AUX cable. An additional 3.5mm audio splitter cable (not included) may be required for computers with separate audio output and microphone input jacks.
