2. Setup
2.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure you have the following items:

2.2 Powering the Device
The KLIM CD Player offers two power options:
- AC Power: Connect the supplied AC power cable to the AC IN jack on the back of the unit and then to a standard wall outlet.
- Battery Power: For portable use, insert 6 x C-type (UM-2) batteries (not included) into the battery compartment located on the bottom of the unit. Ensure correct polarity (+/-).

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 General Controls
Familiarize yourself with the main control buttons on the unit and remote control:
- POWER: Turns the unit on/off.
- FUNCTION/MODE: Selects between CD, USB, Bluetooth, Radio (AM/FM), and AUX modes.
- VOLUME +/-: Adjusts the sound level.
- PLAY/PAUSE: Starts or pauses playback.
- STOP: Stops playback.
- SKIP/SEARCH: Skips tracks/stations or fast forwards/rewinds.
- REC: Initiates recording (for cassette).

3.2 CD Playback
- Press the FUNCTION/MODE button to select CD mode.
- Open the CD compartment lid on top of the unit.
- Place a CD (CD, CD-R, CD-RW with MP3/WMA files) onto the spindle with the label side facing up.
- Close the CD compartment lid. The unit will read the disc.
- Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to start playback.
- Use the SKIP/SEARCH buttons to navigate tracks.
- Program Play: In stop mode, press the PROGRAM button. Use SKIP buttons to select a track, then press PROGRAM again to add it to the playlist. Repeat for up to 20 tracks. Press PLAY to start the programmed sequence.
3.3 Cassette Playback and Recording
- Press the FUNCTION/MODE button to select TAPE mode.
- Open the cassette door on the front of the unit.
- Insert a cassette tape and close the door.
- Press the PLAY button on the cassette deck controls to start playback.
- Recording: Select the desired source (CD, Radio, AUX). Press the REC button on the cassette deck controls. The unit will automatically start recording from the selected source onto the cassette. Press STOP to end recording.
3.4 AM/FM Radio
- Extend the telescopic antenna for optimal FM reception. For AM, rotate the unit for best reception.
- Press the FUNCTION/MODE button to select RADIO mode.
- Use the AM/FM switch (if available) or FUNCTION/MODE button to select the desired band.
- Rotate the TUNING knob on the side of the unit to find your desired station. The frequency will be displayed on the LCD screen.
3.5 Bluetooth Connection
- Press the FUNCTION/MODE button to select Bluetooth mode. The unit will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing Bluetooth icon on the display.
- Enable Bluetooth on your external device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) and search for available devices.
- Select "KLIM Boombox" from the list of devices.
- Once paired, the Bluetooth icon will stop flashing, and you can play audio from your device through the KLIM CD Player.

- Insert a USB memory stick (up to 32GB, formatted FAT32 or exFAT) into the USB port.
- Press the FUNCTION/MODE button to select USB mode.
- The unit will automatically detect and play compatible MP3/WMA files.
- Use the SKIP/SEARCH buttons to navigate tracks or folders.
3.7 AUX Input
- Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, phone) to the AUX IN jack using a 3.5mm audio cable (not included).
- Press the FUNCTION/MODE button to select AUX mode.
- Play audio from your connected device. The sound will be output through the KLIM CD Player.
3.8 Remote Control Operation
