Troubleshooting
Keyboard Not Responding
- Wired: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the computer. Try a different USB port or cable.
- 2.4GHz: Ensure the 2.4G dongle is properly inserted and the keyboard is in 2.4G mode. Check battery level.
- Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the keyboard is in Bluetooth pairing mode or connected to the correct profile (FN+1/2/3). Check battery level.
- Battery: Charge the keyboard using the USB-C cable.
Keys Not Registering or Double Typing
- This can sometimes be caused by a faulty switch. Utilize the hot-swappable feature to replace the problematic switch with one of the extra switches provided or a new compatible switch.
- Ensure the switch is fully seated in its socket.
- If using wireless modes, ensure there is no interference and the keyboard is within range.
Backlight Not Working or Incorrect
- Check the backlight settings using the knob or FN key combinations (FN + [/] for mode, FN + [*/-] for side backlight).
- Ensure the keyboard's battery has sufficient charge.
