2. Setup and Assembly

2.1 Unpacking and Included Components

Carefully remove the bicycle and all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. The package should contain:

2.2 Assembly Steps

• Installation/Removal: Use the provided key to unlock the battery from the frame. Slide the battery out for removal or slide it in until it clicks into place for installation, then lock it with the key.

3.2 Riding Modes and LCD Display

The DEEPOWER V8 offers three distinct riding modes, easily selectable via the smart color LCD display.

• Pure Electric Mode: Power on, no pedaling required. Use the throttle lever to accelerate.
• Pedal Assist Mode (PAS Mode): Power on. The motor provides assistance as you pedal. To activate, pedal for two revolutions after turning on the motor. The level of assistance can be adjusted via the display.
• Pure Pedal Mode (Bike Mode): Power off. Ride the bicycle like a traditional bike without motor assistance.
