Setup Instructions

Follow these steps for quick and easy assembly of your Veken Pet Water Fountain.

  1. Unpack all components: Water Tank, Pump, Silicone Connector Hose, Lid, Filter, Drinking Tray, and Flower Spout.
  2. Rinse all parts thoroughly with water before first use.
  3. Insert the pump into the designated area at the bottom of the water tank. Ensure the LED light on the pump faces the water level window.
  4. Connect the silicone hose to the pump's outlet.
  5. Place the filter into the filter tray on the lid. Ensure it is properly seated.
  6. Attach the drinking tray to the lid, aligning the central opening with the silicone hose.
  7. Place the flower spout onto the top of the silicone hose.
  8. Fill the water tank with softened or filtered water up to the MAX line visible through the water window.
  9. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet.

Operating Instructions

Water Flow Modes:

The fountain offers two distinct water flow modes to cater to your pet's preferences:

  • Flower Waterfall Mode: Achieved by attaching the flower spout, this mode creates multiple streams of water, ideal for picky pets who prefer flowing water.
  • Gentle Fountain Mode: By removing the flower spout, the water bubbles up gently from the center, providing a wider drinking surface suitable for larger pets or those who prefer a calmer flow.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance are essential to ensure the longevity of your Veken Pet Water Fountain and the health of your pet. It is recommended to clean the fountain and pump once a week, and replace the filter and sponge every 2 weeks.

Cleaning Instructions:

  1. Disassemble: Unplug the fountain. Remove the flower spout, drinking tray, lid, filter, and pump.
  2. Clean the Pump: Disassemble the pump by removing the sponge, pump cover, and impeller. Clean the pump thoroughly using a small brush (included) with soap and running water. Rinse well.
  3. Clean Main Components: The stainless steel water tank, lid, and drinking tray are top-rack dishwasher safe (Max 140°F). Alternatively, hand wash with a soft sponge and mild soap.
  4. Replace Filters: Replace the filter and pre-filter sponge every 2 weeks, or more frequently if you have multiple pets or notice excessive debris.
  5. Reassemble: Put all parts back together in reverse order of disassembly.
