4. Setup

1. Place the foot massager on a flat, stable surface. The anti-slip pads on the bottom will help secure the unit.
2. Connect the power adapter to the massager's power input port, located at the rear of the unit.
3. Plug the power adapter into a suitable electrical outlet.
4. Ensure your feet are clean and dry. For optimal comfort and hygiene, it is recommended to wear socks.
5. Gently insert your feet into the foot chambers. The elevated foot entry and air-cushion ankle compression are designed for comfort.

5. Operating Instructions

The Nekteck Foot Massager features an intuitive touchscreen control panel. All functions can be used independently or in combination.

1. Power On/Off: Press the Power Button (red circle with line) to turn the unit on or off. The massager will start with the last used settings due to its memory function.
2. Adjusting Kneading Intensity: Press the Kneading Intensity Button (three vertical bars) to cycle through 3 levels: Low (1 bar), Medium (2 bars), High (3 bars).
3. Adjusting Air Compression: Press the Air Compression Button (wifi-like icon) to cycle through 3 levels: Low (L), Medium (M), High (H).
4. Activating Heat Function: Press the Heat Button (three wavy lines) to turn the heat on or off. The heat can reach up to 126°F. For optimal warmth, turn on the heating function 10-15 minutes before use and set to 'H'.
5. Setting the Timer: Press the Timer Button (clock icon) to select a massage duration of 15 or 30 minutes.

6. Maintenance

Cleaning:

• Always unplug the massager from the power outlet before cleaning.
• The internal foot covers are removable and washable for easy hygiene. Unzip the covers, remove them, and wash according to fabric care instructions. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
• Wipe the exterior of the massager with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.

Storage:

• Store the massager in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Avoid placing heavy objects on the massager.

7. Troubleshooting

If you experience any issues with your Nekteck Foot Massager, please refer to the following common solutions:

• Unit not powering on: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the massager and a working electrical outlet.
• No massage or abnormal massage: Check that your feet are properly inserted into the chambers. If the issue persists, power cycle the device by unplugging it for a few minutes and then plugging it back in.
• No heat: Ensure the heat function is activated on the control panel. Allow 10-15 minutes for the heat to reach optimal temperature.
• Discomfort during massage: Adjust the kneading and air compression intensity to a lower setting. Ensure you are wearing socks.
