2. Smart AI Detection and Alerts

  • Person & Vehicle Detection: The system utilizes advanced AI algorithms to differentiate between human and vehicle movement and other motion sources like animals or swaying trees. This minimizes false alarms.
  • Instant Notifications: When a person or vehicle is detected, you will receive instant push notifications on your mobile app and email alerts.
  • Customizable Activity Zones: Define specific areas within each camera's view for motion detection. This allows you to monitor critical zones (e.g., driveway, front porch) while ignoring irrelevant areas (e.g., busy street).

3. One-Way Audio

  • Audio Monitoring: The built-in microphone in each camera allows for one-way audio monitoring, enabling you to listen to the surroundings and record sound alongside video footage.
  • Note: This system supports one-way audio (listening) only and does not allow two-way communication.

  • Motion-Triggered Recording: Configure the system to record only when motion is detected, conserving storage space and extending hard drive lifespan.
  • Scheduled Recording: Set specific times for recording based on your needs.
  • Expandable Storage: The DVR supports storage expansion up to 8TB.
  • H.265+ Compression: Advanced video compression technology saves up to 50% more storage space compared to older formats.

  • Software Updates: Check the Vsees app or Anlapus website for firmware updates for your DVR and cameras. Keeping software updated ensures optimal performance and security.
  • Hard Drive Health: Monitor the health of your DVR's hard drive through the system settings. Back up important footage regularly.
  • Weather Protection: Although cameras are IP66 weatherproof, ensure they are installed in locations that minimize direct exposure to extreme weather conditions for extended longevity.
