- Proposition 65 Warning: This product may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
- Kick-Start Safety: The motor engages only after the scooter reaches approximately 5 mph (8 km/h) with a kick-start. This is a safety feature to prevent accidental acceleration from a standstill.
- Battery Care: Lead-acid batteries require specific care. Always charge the battery fully after each use. Recharge monthly even when not in use to prevent discharge. Do not allow the battery to freeze.

3. Assembly
Assembly of the Razor 100 Series Electric Scooter typically takes around 30 minutes. An Allen wrench is provided for connecting the steering column. Please note that a screwdriver for installing the seat post is not included.
Refer to the included manual for detailed step-by-step instructions. If you encounter difficulty with seat orientation, visual aids can be helpful.

4. Charging the Battery
Before initial use, and after every ride, ensure the scooter's battery is fully charged. The charging port is located on the side of the scooter's deck.
- Charging Time: A full charge requires approximately 12-14 hours.
- Power Switch: Always turn OFF the power switch after each ride and before charging.
- Battery Maintenance: For optimal battery life, always store the scooter with a full charge. Recharge the battery monthly, even during periods of non-use, to prevent deep discharge. Protect the battery from freezing temperatures.

5. Operating Instructions
To operate your Razor 100 Series Electric Scooter, follow these steps:
- Power On: Turn the power switch to the 'ON' position.
- Kick-Start: Push off with your foot to gain an initial speed of approximately 5 mph (8 km/h).
- Accelerate: Once moving, twist the throttle grip on the handlebar to engage the motor and accelerate. The scooter can reach speeds up to 10 mph (16 km/h).
- Braking: Use the hand-operated front brake lever for controlled and confident stops.
- Music & Lights: The scooter features Bluetooth wireless speakers and a synchronized LED light show. Connect your device via Bluetooth to enjoy music while riding, with lights dancing to the beat.
Enjoy up to 40 minutes of continuous ride time on a full charge.

6. Maintenance
The Razor 100 Series Electric Scooter features an innovative hub motor design, which means there are no chains or belts to maintain, offering a quiet and smooth experience.
- Battery Care: Follow the charging guidelines in Section 4 to maximize battery life.
- Tires: The scooter is equipped with a pneumatic front tire and a flat-free rear tire. Regularly check the air pressure of the pneumatic front tire to ensure optimal performance and ride comfort.
- General Cleaning: Keep the scooter clean by wiping it down with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

7. Troubleshooting
- Motor Not Engaging: Ensure the scooter is kick-started to at least 5 mph before twisting the throttle. The motor is designed not to engage from a complete standstill for safety.
- Reduced Speed/Power on Hills: The scooter's low torque power system is best suited for flat to gently sloped terrain. It may struggle on steep inclines.
- Lights Flickering: If the lights flicker when the scooter is stationary, it may indicate the throttle is being unintentionally activated. Ensure the throttle is not twisted when not actively riding.
- Battery Not Holding Charge: Verify the battery is being charged for the recommended 12-14 hours. Ensure the power switch is OFF during charging. Follow monthly recharging guidelines even during storage.
