4. Setup

4.1. Battery Charging and Installation

Connect the charger to a standard power outlet.
Insert the 4.0Ah battery into the charger. The indicator light will show charging status.
Once fully charged, remove the battery from the charger.
Align the charged battery with the battery slot on the edger handle and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.

4.2. Handle Adjustment

The edger features an adjustable auxiliary handle for improved comfort and control during operation.

Loosen the knob on the auxiliary handle.
Adjust the handle to a comfortable position that allows for balanced operation.
Tighten the knob to secure the handle in place.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Starting and Stopping the Edger

Ensure the battery is securely installed.
To start, press the safety lock-off button and then squeeze the trigger switch.
To stop, release the trigger switch.

5.2. Adjusting Blade Depth

The edger features a 3-position blade depth adjustment to accommodate various lawn heights and edging requirements.

Ensure the edger is turned off and the battery is removed before adjusting the blade depth.
Locate the depth adjustment control button on the edger head.
Press and slide the button to select one of the three depth settings.
The adjustable balancing wheels also assist in maintaining consistent depth and control.

5.3. Edging Techniques

For best results, hold the edger firmly with both hands. Guide the blade along the desired edge, allowing the tool to do the work. Maintain a steady pace for clean, crisp lines.

5.4. Suitable Lawn Types

This edger is effective on various common grass types, including Bermuda, St. Augustine, Zoysia, Fescue, Bluegrass, and Ryegrass, consistently producing neat results.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your edger.

Blade Inspection: Regularly check the blade for wear, damage, or dullness. Replace the blade if necessary. Ensure the edger is unplugged and the battery is removed before inspection or replacement.
Cleaning: After each use, remove the battery and clean the edger housing and blade guard with a damp cloth. Remove any grass clippings or debris from the blade area. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Storage: Store the edger in a dry, secure location out of reach of children. Ensure the battery is removed for long-term storage.

7. Troubleshooting
