The WIPPRO 8KW Diesel Air Heater (Model AGAH-222) is an all-in-one heating solution designed for efficient and reliable warmth in various environments. This portable heater offers continuous heating with a fuel consumption rate of 0.18 to 0.53 liters per hour, providing a customizable temperature range of 46.4°F to 96.8°F (8°C to 36°C). It supports versatile voltage compatibility, including 12V, 24V, and 110V, making it suitable for campers, cars, RVs, trucks, boats, campervans, and caravans. The 2025 upgraded model features enhanced safety with anti-leak technology and includes thermostatic control, a timing function, preheating, and overheating protection at ≥518°F/270°C.

2. What's in the Box

3. Setup

Follow these steps to properly set up your WIPPRO Diesel Air Heater:

3.1 Initial Placement

Place the heater unit horizontally on a stable, flat surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the unit for proper airflow and to prevent obstruction of the air inlet and outlet.

3.2 Air Filter Installation

Locate the air intake port on the heater. Install the air filter by securely attaching it to this port. This filter helps prevent dust and debris from entering the heater's combustion chamber.

Ensure the exhaust pipe is directed away from the heated area and any flammable materials. The exhaust must be vented externally.

3.4 Air Outlet Pipe and Vent Installation

Attach the air outlet pipe to the heater's hot air outlet. Secure it with a clamp. Then, connect the vent to the other end of the air outlet pipe, also securing it with a clamp. Direct the vent towards the area requiring heat.

3.5 Fueling the Diesel Tank

Unscrew the fuel cap and remove the diesel filter screen. Carefully pour diesel fuel into the 8L (2.1 GAL) tank. Ensure the fuel level is visible on the gauge. Reinsert the filter screen and securely tighten the fuel cap. The anti-slip washer on the cap helps prevent leaks.

3.6 Power Connection

The heater supports multiple power supply modes:

• DC Power (12V/24V): Connect the DC power cable to a compatible 12V or 24V battery source. Ensure correct polarity.
• AC Power (110V): Use the provided 110V power adapter. Plug the adapter into a standard 110V outlet and connect it to the heater's AC input port.

4. Operating Instructions

Once the heater is set up and fueled, follow these steps to operate it:

4.1 Starting the Heater

The heater can be started using either the LCD control panel or the remote control:

• LCD Control Panel: Press the power button on the LCD display. The screen will illuminate, and the heater will begin its startup sequence.
• Remote Control: Press the power button on the remote control. Ensure the remote is within range and pointed towards the heater.
