2.4 TV Compatibility Note

These earbuds are designed for TVs and devices with built-in Bluetooth audio. If your TV only outputs sound via HDMI ARC/eARC, Optical, or AUX, direct connection is not possible. In such cases, an external Bluetooth or Auracast transmitter (e.g., Avantree Aura Loop) is required to connect your TV to the earbuds.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

  • Wipe the earbuds and neckband with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Gently clean the ear tips with a slightly damp cloth and allow them to dry completely before reattaching.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

4.2 Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging dock or a clean, dry place away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. This helps maintain battery life and product integrity.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 No Sound / Disconnection

  • Ensure the earbuds are charged and powered on.
  • Verify that the earbuds are correctly paired and connected to your device (Bluetooth or Auracast).
  • Check the volume levels on both the earbuds and your connected device.
  • Move closer to your audio source to ensure you are within range.
  • If connecting to a TV, confirm your TV has built-in Bluetooth or that you are using a compatible external transmitter.

5.2 Pairing Issues

  • Ensure the earbuds are in pairing mode (LED flashing blue and red).
  • Turn off Bluetooth on other nearby devices to prevent interference.
  • Clear the pairing history on your device and the earbuds (refer to the full user manual for specific steps to clear earbud pairing history).
