  • For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid harsh chemicals.
  • Do not allow liquids to enter the mouse body.
  • Clean the optical sensor on the underside periodically with a cotton swab to ensure accurate tracking.

Battery Care

The mouse features a rechargeable battery designed for long service life.

  • Charge the mouse when the battery indicator shows low power.
  • Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently to prolong its lifespan.
  • If storing the mouse for an extended period, charge it to about 50% before storage and recharge every few months.

Troubleshooting

Mouse Not Responding

  • Check Power: Ensure the mouse is turned on and has sufficient battery charge. Recharge if necessary.
  • Check Connection: Verify that the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port on your computer. Try a different USB port.
  • Re-pair: Turn off the mouse, unplug the receiver, then plug the receiver back in and turn on the mouse.
  • Interference: Move the mouse closer to the receiver or away from other wireless devices that might cause interference.

Inaccurate Tracking or Cursor Jumps

  • Clean Sensor: Clean the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse.
  • Surface: Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface. Highly reflective, transparent, or uneven surfaces may affect tracking performance. A mouse pad is recommended.
  • DPI Setting: Adjust the DPI setting to a lower value if the cursor is too sensitive.

Buttons Not Working

  • Check Battery: Low battery can sometimes affect button responsiveness.
  • Software Conflict: If using custom button assignments, check your operating system's mouse settings or any third-party software for conflicts.
