2. Safety Information

Always prioritize safety when operating your electric bike. Failure to follow safety guidelines can result in serious injury or damage to the bike.

4. Setup and Assembly

The ECOCOGY G7 Electric Bike arrives 90% pre-assembled. The remaining assembly steps are straightforward and can be completed with the included tool kit. It is recommended to keep the original packaging box for at least one month for potential returns or warranty claims.

4.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove the bike and all components from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.

4.2 Handlebar Installation

Attach the handlebar to the stem, ensuring it is centered and tightened securely. Adjust the angle for comfortable riding posture.

4.3 Front Wheel Installation

Install the front wheel, ensuring the brake rotor is correctly aligned with the caliper. Secure the quick-release skewer or axle nuts.

4.4 Pedal Installation

Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread them into the corresponding crank arms. Note that the left pedal has a reverse thread. Tighten firmly with a wrench.

4.5 Seat Post and Saddle Adjustment

Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust the saddle height for comfortable pedaling. Ensure the seat post is inserted past the minimum insertion line and the quick-release clamp is tightened.

5. Components Overview

5.1 Dual Motor System

The G7 features a powerful dual brushless motor system, providing 4000W peak power (up to 5000W) for enhanced acceleration and hill-climbing capability. This system delivers a maximum torque of 220 N·m and allows for speeds up to 45 MPH.

5.2 52V 32AH Removable Battery

The bike is equipped with a 52V 32AH removable battery, offering a range of 70-100 miles with pedal assist or 32-43 miles on electric power alone. The battery is IP65 waterproof, includes BMS protection, and is UL2849 & UL2271 certified by SGS. Full charge time is 8-9 hours with the 3A charger.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On/Off

To power on the bike, press and hold the power button on the LCD display. To power off, press and hold the same button.

6.2 Riding Modes

The ECOCOGY G7 offers five riding modes:

1. Electric Mode: Pure electric power, controlled by the thumb throttle.
2. Pedal-assist Mode: Motor provides assistance as you pedal. The level of assistance can be adjusted via the display.

6. A full charge takes approximately 8-9 hours with the 3A charger.
