Vehicle Positioning
Drive the vehicle onto the runways, ensuring it is centered and within the 93-inch drive-through width. The vehicle should be positioned to allow for balanced lifting.
Lifting the Vehicle
- Press and hold the "UP" button on the hydraulic power unit to raise the lift.
- Monitor the vehicle as it lifts to ensure stability and proper clearance.
- The lift has a maximum lifting height of 71 inches. The full lift time is approximately 40 seconds.
- Once the desired height is reached, release the "UP" button.
Engaging Safety Locks
The lift features a single-point safety lock release system with 10 built-in locking positions. After lifting, slightly lower the lift until the safety locks engage automatically. This is crucial before working under the vehicle to prevent accidental lowering.

- Check hydraulic fluid levels periodically and refill with the manufacturer-recommended hydraulic oil if necessary.
- Keep all moving parts clean and lubricated according to the maintenance schedule in the full product manual.
- Inspect safety locks and mechanisms for proper function and ensure they engage freely.
- Ensure all bolts and fasteners are tightened to specifications. Re-torque as needed.
- Use the included drip trays to catch fluids and keep the workspace clean, preventing slips and contamination.

Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your WEIZE 4-Post Vehicle Lift.
Lift Does Not Raise
- Check power connection and ensure the 110V/60Hz supply is active and the circuit breaker has not tripped.
- Verify hydraulic fluid level in the reservoir. Low fluid can prevent lifting.
- Inspect the motor for signs of overheating or malfunction. Allow it to cool if hot.
Lift Lowers Unevenly
- Check for obstructions in the lifting mechanism or under the runways.
- Inspect cables for proper tension and wear. Uneven tension can cause uneven lowering.
- Ensure the vehicle is properly balanced on the runways before lifting or lowering.
Safety Locks Not Engaging
- Ensure the lift is slightly lowered after reaching the desired height to allow the mechanical locks to engage into their positions.
- Inspect the lock mechanism for debris, damage, or binding that might prevent engagement.
