Setup

1. Unpacking and Placement:

Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging. Place the unit on a level, sturdy surface, ensuring there is adequate space (at least 4 inches) from walls for proper ventilation. Avoid placing it near direct sunlight or heat sources.

2. Water Bottle Installation (Bottom Loading):

This dispenser features a convenient bottom-loading design, eliminating heavy lifting and spills.

  1. Open the lower cabinet door of the dispenser.
  2. Remove the cap from a standard 3 or 5-gallon water bottle.
  3. Insert the probe from the dispenser into the opening of the water bottle. Ensure it is securely seated.
  4. Slide the water bottle into the cabinet and close the door.

3. Initial Startup:

After installing the water bottle, plug the dispenser into a grounded electrical outlet. Allow the unit to sit for at least 30 minutes before turning on the heating and cooling functions to allow the water to fill the internal tanks. Turn on the two switches on the rear panel for hot and cold water. The indicator lights on the control panel will illuminate as the unit begins to heat and cool the water.

Operating Instructions

1. Dispensing Water:

The dispenser offers hot, cold, and room temperature water options.

  1. Place your cup under the desired water spigot.
  2. Press the corresponding button on the control panel for Hot Water (red icon), Fresh Water (blue droplet icon for room temperature), or Cold Water (blue snowflake icon).
  3. The water will dispense for up to 60 seconds or until you press the button again to stop.

2. Ice Making Function:

The built-in ice maker produces bullet-shaped ice.

  • To activate ice making, ensure the ice-making button is illuminated.
  • The unit can produce up to 22 lbs of ice daily and stores up to 0.88 lbs.
  • When the ice bin is full, the machine will emit three beeps.
  • Note: The ice storage is not designed to keep ice frozen for extended periods.

3. Child Safety Lock:

To prevent accidental hot water dispensing, a child safety lock is integrated.

  • To dispense hot water, first press the Child Lock button (lock icon), then press the Hot Water button.

4. ECO Mode:

Activate ECO mode to conserve energy by stopping water heating at night.

  • Press the energy saving button (ECO icon) to turn on ECO mode.
  • Press and hold the ECO button for 3 seconds to turn it off.

5. Empty Bottle Alert:

The empty bottle indicator light will illuminate when the water bottle needs to be replaced.

6. Nightlight Feature:

The nightlight feature illuminates the water spouts, making them visible in low-light conditions. It activates automatically when dispensing water or ice.

Maintenance

1. Self-Cleaning Function:

The dispenser includes a self-cleaning function to maintain hygiene.

  1. To activate, press and hold the ice-making button for 3 seconds.
  2. The self-cleaning cycle will run for 10 minutes and then shut off automatically.
  3. During this cycle, the ice indicator will blink, and the power light will remain on.
  4. A UV lamp is located in the cold water tank and operates continuously when the machine is plugged in, contributing to water purification.

2. Drip Tray Cleaning:

Regularly empty and clean the drip tray to prevent overflow and maintain hygiene.

  • Remove the drip tray from the dispensing area.
  • Empty any collected water and wash the tray with mild soap and water.
  • Rinse thoroughly and dry before reinserting.

3. Exterior Cleaning:

Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
