4. Setup
4.1. Battery Installation
- Turn the optic upside down.
- Use the included wrench to remove the battery compartment screws and gently lift the optic from its base.
- Insert a CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing upward.
- Place the included spacer plate between the battery and the optic's base to protect against static electricity and moisture.
- Reattach the optic to its base and secure with the screws.

4.2. Mounting the Red Dot Sight
The CVLIFE WolfCloak Red Dot Sight is compatible with RMR cut footprints on full-sized pistols. It also includes adapter plates for Glock MOS models and 21mm Picatinny rails.
4.2.1. Mounting on RMR Cut Pistols
- Ensure your pistol has an RMR cut or a compatible mounting footprint.
- Align the red dot sight with the mounting holes on your pistol slide.
- Use the provided 6-32x8mm screws to secure the red dot sight firmly to the pistol. Apply a small amount of blue threadlocker (e.g., Loctite 222) to the screws for enhanced stability, as recommended by some users.

4.2.2. Mounting on Glock MOS Pistols
- Use the included adapter for Glock MOS models. Note: This adapter is not compatible with Slimline MOS models (G43X/G48 MOS).
- Align the adapter plate with the MOS slots on your pistol.
- Mount the red dot sight onto the adapter plate and secure with the appropriate screws (M3x8mm).
- Ensure all screws are tightened to ensure a stable attachment.

4.2.3. Mounting on 21mm Picatinny Rail
- Attach the included 21mm Picatinny adapter to the red dot sight.
- Mount the assembled red dot and adapter onto your 21mm Picatinny rail.
- Secure the mount using the provided screws and the T10 wrench.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Power On/Off and Brightness Adjustment
- Power On: Press and hold the '+' button (right side) for 3 seconds.
- Increase Brightness: Press the '+' button (right side) repeatedly.
- Decrease Brightness: Press the '-' button (left side) repeatedly.
- Power Off: Press and hold the '-' button (left side) for 3 seconds.
- The sight offers 12 adjustable brightness settings to optimize visibility in various lighting conditions.

5.2. Motion Awake Function
- To conserve battery life, the red dot sight automatically enters sleep mode after 4 minutes of inactivity.
- The slightest movement of the sight will instantly wake it up to your last used brightness setting, ensuring constant readiness without manual adjustment.

- Use the included Windage & Elevation Adjustment Tool (or a small Allen wrench) to adjust the reticle.
- The adjustment screws are located on the top (elevation) and right side (windage) of the sight.
