Setup and Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your Cozyman High Back Office Desk Chair. It is recommended to watch the assembly video for a visual guide.

1. Step 1: Prepare the Base

   Remove the protective cap from the chair's base (4).
2. Step 2: Attach the Legs to the Base

   Invert the base (4). Insert each of the five legs (5) into the designated slots on the base. Securely tighten the five bolts (A) using the provided Allen wrench (D) until they are completely firm.

3. Step 3: Install Casters and Gas Lift

   Press each of the five casters (7) firmly into the holes at the end of each chair leg until they click into place. Place the base's cap (removed in Step 1) back onto the center of the base. Then, insert the gas lift (6) into the central hole of the base.

4. Step 4: Attach Armrests to the Seat Cushion

   Position the seat cushion (2) upside down. Attach the armrests (8) to the underside of the seat cushion using the bolts (B). Ensure the armrests are oriented correctly. Completely tighten the bolts (B).
5. Step 5: Install the Butterfly Mechanism

   Align the butterfly mechanism (3) with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Pay close attention to the "FRONT" label on the mechanism to ensure correct orientation towards the front of the seat. Securely fasten the mechanism using the remaining bolts (B).

6. Step 6: Attach the Backrest

   Align the backrest (1) with the mounting plates on the armrests. Insert the bolts (C) and tighten them completely using the Allen wrench (D).

7. Step 7: Connect Seat Assembly to Base

   Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift (6) protruding from the base. Press down firmly to ensure a secure connection.

Chair Height Adjustment
